You will be part of the core product engineering team, working closely with product managers, data scientists, and frontend engineers to deliver cutting-edge SaaS :</b></p><p><br/></p>- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs in Python.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with product and data science teams to build and integrate AI/ML-driven features into the product.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ensure system reliability, security, and performance at scale.<br/><br/></p><p>- Drive best practices in code quality, testing, and architecture.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical :</b></p><p><br/></p>- 510 years of experience in backend engineering, with strong expertise in Python.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proven experience in building or integrating AI/ML-based features or tools in production systems.<br/><br/></p><p>- Solid understanding of distributed systems, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and API design.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong problem-solving and system design skills.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment with a hybrid setup in Bangalore.</p><p><br/></p><p><p><b>Good to Have :</b></p><p><br/></p>- Familiarity with modern ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, etc.).<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience in SaaS product companies.<br/><br/></p><p>- Exposure to data pipelines and MLOps.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
