Key Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality, scalable software solutions in React, Python (Django/Flask), JS/TS that meet functional, technical, and compliance requirements.
- Contribute to system architecture decisions and maintain detailed, clear technical documentation.
- Ensure robust testing practices and maintain low defect rates via unit & integration tests.
- Collaborate effectively with product managers, UI/UX designers, QA, and backend engineers.
- Take end-to-end ownership of assigned deliverables and demonstrate adaptability in a fast-evolving healthcare environment.
Must-Have Skills
- 5+ years of full stack development experience using React and Django.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, Python, Django.
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, authentication/authorization flows.
- Practical knowledge of unit/integration testing frameworks (Jest, PyTest, Cypress, etc.).
- Previous hands-on experience in healthcare software development (EHR/EMR systems, portals, HIPAA compliance).
Good-to-Have Skills
- Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Continuous Integration/Deployment pipelines (CI/CD).
- Awareness of healthcare standards such as HL7, FHIR, HIPAA.
- Performance optimization and accessibility improvements in web applications.
