Youll work closely with product managers and clients to deliver both in-house solutions and tailored implementations for our client base in the trading domain.</p><p><br/></p>This role blends product ownership, client interaction, team management and hands-on technical delivery-ideal for a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced, finance-tech Responsibilities :</b></p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Lead and mentor a team of junior and mid-level developers working on both internal product development and client-facing projects.<br/><br/></p><p>- Prioritize development efforts between product roadmap features and custom client requests.<br/><br/></p><p>- Lead the design, development, and delivery of web, mobile, or backend applications in both client and internal product contexts.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, QA, and DevOps teams to plan and prioritize development activities.<br/><br/></p><p>- Architect scalable and modular solutions that meet functional and non-functional requirements.<br/><br/></p><p>- Review code, enforce best practices, and ensure high standards in performance, security, and reliability.<br/><br/></p><p>- Manage technical delivery across multiple concurrent projects or product modules.<br/><br/></p><p>- Engage with stakeholders for requirements gathering, sprint planning, and roadmap alignment.<br/><br/></p><p>- Monitor timelines, conduct risk assessments, and ensure timely delivery.<br/><br/></p><p>- Stay current with emerging technologies and propose innovations that enhance productivity or user :</b></p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field from a premier institution like IITs/NITs.<br/><br/></p><p>- Minimum 6+ years of professional software development experience.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Java, C++, Python, React) and DSA concepts.<br/><br/></p><p>- 1-2+ years of experience in a team lead or technical leadership role.<br/><br/></p><p>- Exposure to product lifecycle from MVP to scale.<br/><br/></p><p>- Hands-on with automated testing frameworks.<br/><br/></p><p>- Good understanding of relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.)<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and version control (Git).<br/><br/></p><p>- Proficient in Agile/Scrum methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps collaboration.<br/><br/></p><p>- Understanding of financial markets, trading concepts, and algorithms would be a plus.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with trading platforms and APIs would be a plus.<br/><br/></p><p>- Knowledge of quantitative analysis, statistics, and risk management.<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with order execution systems, FIX Protocol and market data feeds would be a plus.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong mathematical and statistical skills.<br/><br/></p><p>- Good rating on competitive coding platforms such as Codeforces, HackerRank, LeetCode, CodeChef etc.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.<br/><br/></p><p>- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong communication ,teamwork and leadership skills.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
