**Primary Responsibilities:**
+ Assist in the development of AI-enabled applications using modern tools and frameworks
+ Support the implementation and integration of AI/ML models into production systems under guidance from senior engineers
+ Contribute to backend development using Python or Java frameworks (e.g., FastAPI, Spring), focusing on maintainability and performance
+ Build and enhance front-end interfaces using React.js to support user-centric design
+ Participate in the development of cloud-native applications, leveraging public cloud platforms (e.g., GCP).
+ Collaborate with team members to understand business requirements and translate them into technical tasks
+ Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and Agile ceremonies
+ Assist in writing unit tests and supporting test automation efforts
+ Help monitor application performance and contribute to issue resolution and debugging
+ Stay current with foundational AI/ML concepts and software engineering practices
+ Demonstrate flexibility in work assignments and contribute to team deliverables
+ Adhere to company policies and participate in continuous learning and development
+ Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment).

**Required Qualifications:**
+ 2+ years of software development experience.
+ Hands-on experience with backend development using Python or Java
+ Hands-on experience to front-end development using React.js or similar frameworks
+ Experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle) or NoSQL systems
+ Experience/Familiarity with coding assistant tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) and a solid willingness to adopt them in daily development work
+ Familiarity with cloud platforms (preferably GCP) and basic cloud-native development practices
+ Understanding of RESTful APIs and basic integration patterns
+ Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and interest in learning more (e.g., NLP, computer vision, LLMs).
+ Ability to work in Agile teams and contribute to sprint deliverables
+ Solid problem-solving skills and willingness to learn from senior team members.
+ Proven good communication and collaboration skills
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Exposure to DevOps tools such as Git, Jenkins, or Terraform
+ Familiarity with building AI agents using Google
