<p><p><b>Job Title : </b> Software Engineer (C# Digital Employee Experience)<br/><br/><b>Location : </b> Noida, India<br/><br/><b>Title of Direct Manager : </b> Team Lead Software Development<br/><br/><b>Short Description/Job Objective : </b><br/><br/>The TeamViewer Digital Employee Experience (DEX) platform finds and resolves IT issues before they affect users.
Over the past several years we have successfully built and released products which makes IT administrators' day-to-day life easier.
Our vision is to become THE unified endpoint management solution for our customers.
</p><p><br/></p><p>Were looking for an experienced Software Engineer to play a key role in supporting and enhancing our DEX capabilities, trusted by large enterprise customers.
In this role, youll be essential to maintaining and improving the experience for our existing customers, while helping evolve our elastic SaaS cloud platform by designing & developing new features and integrations, as per our Product Roadmap.
As part of an Agile team, youll be an individual contributor, working primarily with C# .NET and SQL.
</p><p><br/></p><p>Your work will power both containerized services running on Azure Kubernetes and web applications hosted on IIS in on-prem : </b><br/><br/>- Maintain & extend services for our DEX solution like Application Experience Management, Virtual Desktop Experience, Endpoint Diagnostics & Patch Management<br/><br/>- Participate in the architecture design and development of new features for our software in C#<br/><br/>- Continuously Integrate, build and deploy our solution from test system to production<br/><br/>- Enhance and maintain common APIs based on architecture guidelines and frameworks<br/><br/>- Enhance and maintain common database systems of high availability and quality<br/><br/>- Optimize and enhance our software with new, efficient algorithms and state-of-the-art software tools and technologies<br/><br/>- Work independently on solutions for specified requirements that align with our quality standards<br/><br/>- Ensure that our software is secure, stable, scalable and runs efficiently<br/><br/>- Monitor the latest technical developments in your field and make proposals for improvement<br/><br/>- Guide and assist other team members in engineering topics relevant for the team<br/><br/>- Collaborate with field teams (like Customer Support & Sales Engineering) to analyze customer issues and provide workarounds, and code-fixes<br/><br/><b>Requirements : </b><br/><br/>- A university degree in the field of information technology, computer science & engineering or a related subject<br/><br/>- 4+ years of professional experience in the field of software development<br/><br/>- Solid knowledge of .NET (C#) and SQL is mandatory<br/><br/>- Solid experience in setting up & managing VMs using Hypervisor<br/><br/>- Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio or Rider, Resharper, GIT, ADO/TFS build<br/><br/>- Experience in shaping the architecture of complex, large-scale distributed systems.<br/><br/>- Understanding of Clean Code and Design Patterns for object-orientated programming<br/><br/>- Experience in one or more of the following areas is preferred : multi-threaded programming, network communications, and digital certificates/PKI.<br/><br/>- A positive and solution-oriented mindset paired with a structured and analytical way of thinking/working, being a team player, as well as motivated to learn new things<br/><br/>- Familiarity with cloud technologies such as : Azure Kubernetes Services, Kafka, Databricks<br/><br/>- Familiarity with AI-tools for coding (eg : Co-pilot) is a plus<br/><br/>- Knowledge of Typescript, React, C++ is a plus<br/><br/>- Fluency in English is mandatory, further languages are a plus</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
