Role: Software Engineer - ITSM
Experience : 3 to 5 years
Location: Bangalore (Hybrid)
Looking for candidates who are currently in a Career Break (preferably Female candidates)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage and improve IT service management processes following ITSM best practices and frameworks (such as ITIL).
- Oversee daily operations using ITSM tools like ServiceNow or BMC Remedy to ensure effective incident, problem, and change management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance IT service delivery and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for IT processes and service delivery frameworks.
- Monitor and report on service performance, identifying areas for optimization and improvement.
- Handle communication with stakeholders to provide updates on incidents, changes, and service improvements.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of ITSM documentation and knowledge management.
Preferred Qualifications/Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in IT service management, with strong knowledge of ITIL or other ITSM frameworks.
- Proficiency in ITSM tools like ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, or similar.
- Experience in incident management, problem management, and change management processes.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with IT infrastructure and operations is a plus.
- ITIL or other relevant ITSM certifications are preferred.
