<p><p><b>Job Title :</b> Software Engineer - SW IV (Team Lead)<br/><br/><b>Location :</b> Pune<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities :</b><br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Lead and manage the development team; set standards, delegate tasks, and conduct performance evaluations.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Ensure software integrity, manage technical debt, and take ownership of product development.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Design, implement, test, and release scalable, high-performance, secure services and applications.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Mentor junior developers, review code, and maintain automated testing coverage.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Support CI/CD infrastructure, deployments, product support, and bug resolution.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to team progress.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Prepare documentation (APIs, data dictionaries) and suggest enhancements.<br/><br/><b>Backend Focus (if applicable) :</b></p><p><br/>- Design and build domain-driven APIs, event-driven architecture, and backend components (Java, Golang).<br/><br/><b>Frontend Focus (if applicable) :</b></p><p><br/>- Design and build ReactJS/Angular components and work with micro-frontend architecture.<br/><br/><b>Qualifications & Experience :</b><br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>7+ years of experience in :<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Developing highly scalable REST microservices and B2B SaaS enterprise apps.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Mobile/desktop application development.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Pub/Sub messaging systems (Kafka, ActiveMQ, RabbitMQ).<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Automation testing (TDD/BDD).<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Backend : Java, Golang, Spring, Microservices, PostgreSQL/Redis, AWS.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Frontend : ReactJS/Angular, TypeScript, Redux, NextJS, Micro-frontend architecture, AWS.<br/><br/><b>Skills & Abilities :</b><br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Strong leadership and mentoring experience.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Expertise in microservices, design principles, and large-scale systems.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Hands-on production experience with AWS, CI/CD, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Strong problem-solving skills, algorithms, data structures, and OO design.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Experience in Agile methodology, monitoring/logging tools (Splunk, New Relic), and DevOps practices.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.<br/><br/><b>Certifications (Preferred) :</b><br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- AWS Certified Developer</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
