<p><p><b>Description Document and implement robust Java-based eCommerce platforms, storefront services, and headless APIs for digital experiences.</p><br/><p><br/></p><p>- Lead design and implementation of microservices for customer journeys such as search, browse, cart, checkout, and Experience designing, configuring, and supporting RDBMS solutions in Azure Cloud.</p><br/><p><br/></p><p>- Work closely with Product Managers, UI/UX teams, and DevOps engineers to ensure seamless end-to-end customer experiences.</p><br/><p><br/></p><p>- Integrate with key systems like PIM, OMS, CRM, payment gateways, and third-party personalization engines.</p><br/><p><br/></p><p>- Design and implement component integration solutions using message brokers such as AMQP-based messaging solutions, such as RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus, for real-time data processing, order events, customer activity tracking, etc.</p><br/><p><br/></p><p>- Support cloud-native deployments on Azure, AWS, or GCP, ensuring scalability, availability, and security.</p><br/><p><br/></p><p>- Drive performance tuning, caching strategies (Hazelcast, Redis), and low-latency API designs for high traffic storefronts.</p><br/><p><br/></p><p>- Provide technical leadership across squads, mentor engineers, and enforce best practices around DevSecOps and CI/CD.</p><br/><p><br/></p><p>- Ensure observability requirements are defined and met using tools such as Datadog and Splunk.</p><br/><p><br/></p><p>- Stay abreast of the latest in commerce tech, MACH architecture, and GenAI innovations relevant to digital :</b></p><br/><p><br/></p><p>- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.</p><br/><br/><p><b>Must-Have Skills :</b></p><br/><p><br/></p><p>- Core Tech: Java 11+ (preferably Java 17 or 21), Spring Boot, J2EE, RESTful APIs.</p><br/><p><br/></p><p>- Architecture: Microservices, Design Patterns.</p><br/><p><br/></p><p>- Full-cycle exposure to SDLC stages: requirements, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing operations.</p><br/><p><br/></p><p>- Understanding of DevSecOps practices and eCommerce-specific security concerns (PCI DSS, OWASP).</p><br/><p><br/></p><p>- Domain Expertise: Experience in digital commerce.</p><br/><p><br/></p><p>- Messaging & Integration: Messaging queue or streaming tools for backend-to-frontend event correlation and third-party integrations.</p><br/><p><br/></p><p>- Agile Leadership: Strong understanding of Scrum, backlog grooming, iteration planning, and technical sizing.</p><br/><p><br/></p><p>- Customer-Centric Mindset: Ability to build as well as verify secure, fast, and intuitive systems for high engagement and Skills :</b></p><br/><p><br/></p><p>- Experience with Domain-Driven Design.</p><br/><p><br/></p><p>- Front-end familiarity with React (especially for headless commerce architectures)</p><br/><p><br/></p><p>- Experience with application performance monitoring and distributed log tools (New Relic, Datadog, Splunk)</p><br/><p><br/></p><p>- Previous work with GenAI tools like GitHub Copilot or Amazon Q Developer</p><br/><p><br/></p><p>- Experience with data governance, including controlling access to PII.</p><br/><p><br/></p><p>- RFP and pre-sales solution design experience for digital commerce platforms</p><br/><p><br/></p><p>- Design and implement solutions that externalize business rules in a dedicated testable business rules engine</p><br/><p><br/></p><p>- Evaluate and integrate third-party APIs, legacy systems (.
