About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate and skilled  Service Now Developer (ITSM)  to join our growing team at Input Zero Technologies.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in  Service Now development, configuration, and implementation  within the  ITSM suite , and a strong understanding of Service Now best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement  Service Now ITSM solutions  based on business requirements.
Customize and configure  forms, workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and notifications.
Integrate Service Now with third-party tools using  REST/SOAP APIs.
Support upgrades, troubleshoot issues, and ensure platform stability.
Participate in  requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, process owners, and business analysts.
Maintain code quality, reusability, and adherence to Service Now development standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
3–5 years of hands-on experience as a  Service Now Developer  with focus on  ITSM modules  (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB).
Strong understanding of  Java Script, Glide scripting, UI actions, and Flow Designer.
Proficient in  Service Now configuration and customization.
Experience with  Service Catalog, Reports, and Dashboards.
CSA certification  is mandatory.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Exposure to  Agile methodology  and version control tools (e.g., Git) preferred.
Good to Have:
Additional certifications such as  CIS–ITSM ,  CIS–Discovery , or  CIS–Service Mapping.
Experience in  ITOM, HRSD, or CSM modules.
Understanding of  ITIL processes  and implementation.
