<p><p>Skyflow is a data privacy vault company built to radically simplify how companies isolate, protect, and govern their customers most sensitive data.<br/><br/> With its global network of data privacy vaults, Skyflow is also a comprehensive solution for companies around the world looking to meet complex data localization requirements.<br/><br/> Skyflow currently supports a diverse customer base that spans verticals like fintech, retail, travel, and healthtech.<br/><br/> Skyflow is headquartered in Palo Alto, California and was founded in 2019.<br/><b><br/></b></p><p><b>About the role : </b></p><br/><p>As a Frontend Engineer, you will be responsible for being a versatile developer who works on the frontend applications, ensuring seamless integration and functionality across the entire technology stack.<br/><br/> This position will collaborate often with various internal and external business and engineering teams.<br/><br/> You will also have an opportunity to eventually lead efforts to champion and instill a culture of Frontend at Skyflow.<br/><br/> We know great Frontend Engineers come from diverse backgrounds so no single individual may have all the desired skills on day one.<br/><br/> But if you are the kind of software engineer who would have loved to engineer solutions for Stripe or Twilio API's, or the Slack or Zendesk app, or the Snowflake or MongoDB platform we want to talk to you.</p><br/><p><b>You have : </b></p><br/><p>- 3+ overall years hands-on experience as a Frontend Engineer or a similar role.<br/><br/>- Proficient knowledge of any popular JS framework like React, Ember, Angular, or Backbone.<br/><br/>- Solid grasp of data structures and basic algorithms in frontend context.<br/><br/>- Experience with responsive design and deep understanding of object-oriented design.<br/><br/>- Experience shipping robust services and user interfaces for production-grade applications in an agile, product-oriented environment.<br/><br/>- Experience with performance debugging, front end caching and benchmarking.<br/><br/>- Experience with building shared platforms for high reusability would be great.<br/><br/>- Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD processes is a huge plus.<br/><br/>- Familiarity with Backend and Infra knowledge is a huge bonus.</p><br/><p><b>You will : </b></p><br/><p>- Lead the design and development of user-friendly and responsive user interfaces for the product, using ReactJS, CSS and HTML.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with cross functional teams that comprises Product Managers, backend engineers, Devops and Customer Success to create and ship elegant and high quality web applications.<br/><br/>- Contribute to integration of micro frontends to ensure modularity and scalability in the front end architecture.<br/><br/>- Participate and contribute in key discussions related to user experience and end to end functional design of features.<br/><br/>- Quickly understand and be able to diagnose/troubleshoot complex systems/code and own key pieces of the system.<br/><br/>- Participate in peer reviews of specifications, design and code.</p><br/><p><b>Nice To Haves : </b></p><br/><p>- Hands on experience with Node JS and Express.<br/><br/>- Experience with databases, storage and caching strategies.<br/><br/>- Experience working in distributed teams and work environments.</p><br/><p><b>Benefits : </b></p><br/><p>- Work from home expense.<br/><br/>- Excellent Health, Insurance Options.<br/><br/>- Very generous PTO.<br/><br/>- Flexible Hours.<br/><br/>- Generous Equity.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
