If you're passionate about innovative technology, then we would be excited to talk to you!<br/><br/>- Mentor and guide high-performing engineering team<br/><br/>- Be an inspiring leader in building services for next generation multi-cloud service.<br/><br/>- Deliver high-performance web services that are adaptable to dynamic business needs, influence ideation & outstanding problem solving<br/><br/>- Build and lead a world class data engineering team.<br/><br/>- Passionate about technology and obsessed about customer needs.<br/><br/>- Champion data-driven decisions for features identification, prioritization and delivery.<br/><br/>- Managing multiple projects, including timelines, customer interaction,feature tradeoffs, etc.<br/><br/>- Delivering on an ambitious product and services roadmap, including building new services on top of vast amount data collected by our batch and near real time data engines.<br/><br/>- Design and architect internet scale and reliable services.<br/><br/>- Communicate effectively and build relationship with our partner teams and stakeholders.<br/><br/>- Help shape our long-term architecture and technology choices across the full client and services stack.<br/><br/>- Partner with global product management and engineering and operations leaders to help shape technical product architecture & practices, roadmap and release plans<br/><br/>- Drive strategic and tactical decisions which ensures the successful delivery of projects.<br/><br/>- Lead the technical design, vision, and implementation strategy<br/><br/>- Create execution plan and lead the engineering team to complete the vision.<br/><br/>- Apply best-practices and coding patterns that ensure solutions are maintainable, modular, and of high code quality.<br/><br/>- Develop and evolve engineering processes and teamwork models, applying creative problem solving to optimize team efficiency<br/><br/>- Attract, hire, on-board and retain top talent.
Empower and develop the team as a player-coach to be a high-performance team.<br/><br/>- Craft a positive winning culture built on collaboration and shared accomplishments<br/><br/>- Lead the discussions on emerging industry technologies & trends and work with the team & leadership use this knowledge to influence product direction.<br/><br/><b>What you need to succeed :</b><br/><br/>- 5+ years of experience in software development with proven ability in management role<br/><br/>- Strong technical skills with experience in designing & developing enterprise applications<br/><br/>- Strong Java/JEE, design, coding and architectural skills along with problem solving and analytical abilities<br/><br/>- Expertise in Kafka, Azure Cosmos DB, Mongo DB, Analytical and reporting databases<br/><br/>- Experience in developing and leading teams building solution with cloud technologies (AWS and/or Azure)<br/><br/>- Expertise in JavaScript, React and GraphQL and Jenkins<br/><br/>- Strong working knowledge of software development methodologies and software design patterns and have experience leading significant software projects/products<br/><br/>- Proven experience running or leading sophisticated projects through full product delivery cycles<br/><br/>- Consistent track record developing, leading, coaching, and mentoring software engineers and engineering managers towards delivering timely, high-quality software as a team<br/><br/>- Ambitious and not afraid to address unknowns, demonstrates a strong bias to action<br/><br/>- Consistent record in recruiting and building robust teams<br/><br/>- Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving and conflict resolution skills<br/><br/>- Excellent speaking, writing, and presentation skills, as well as the ability to persuade, encourage, and empower others<br/><br/>- BS or MS or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field<br/><br/>- Passion and a love of what you do!</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
