Urgent! Software Product Manager - Digital Banking Domain Job Opening In Bengaluru – Now Hiring KVAS Technologies
<p><p><b>About the Role : </b><br/><br/>We are seeking an experienced Software Product Manager to join our Technology team and play a pivotal role in driving the success of our digital banking platforms.
You will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams, owning the product end-to-end to deliver value aligned with customer needs, market demands, and business goals.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities : </b><br/><br/>- Own the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics (KPIs).<br/><br/>- Align product goals with customer insights, market trends, and regulatory requirements.<br/><br/>- Drive product improvements using customer feedback and user behavior analysis.<br/><br/>- Create and maintain product requirements, including : <br/><br/>- User Journeys<br/><br/>- PR/FAQ documents<br/><br/>- Epics, User Stories, Acceptance Tests<br/><br/>- Define and manage non-functional product requirements.<br/><br/>- Review wireframes and user experience designs for alignment with product goals.<br/><br/>- Work with multiple enterprise teams (Compliance, Risk, Operations, Cross-Functions) to consolidate and deliver a unified product view.<br/><br/>- Apply domain knowledge of India Stack (UPI, Lending, RBI regulations, KYC, UIDAI, etc.) to solve business challenges.<br/><br/>- Influence product KPIs like Total Cost of Ownership and maintainability.<br/><br/>- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (sprints, demos, reviews) to ensure execution is in line with product vision.<br/><br/>- Conduct User Acceptance Testing and Closed User Group testing.<br/><br/>- Provide clear visibility of product and program progress to stakeholders.<br/><br/>- Coach stakeholders and teams on agile ways of working.<br/><br/><b>Ideal Profile : </b><br/><br/><b>Education : </b><br/><br/>- Undergraduate degree in Engineering (mandatory).<br/><br/>- Postgraduate degree (MBA) preferred.<br/><br/><b>Certifications : </b><br/><br/>- Agile certifications (e.g., Safe Agile) required.<br/><br/>- Scrum Product Owner certification desired.<br/><br/><b>Experience : </b><br/><br/>- 710 years of professional experience.<br/><br/>- Prior experience in product engineering/development (preferred).<br/><br/>- Experience in the Indian Banking segment (especially Lending) and/or Fintech (desired).<br/><br/><b>Skills : </b><br/><br/>- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.<br/><br/>- Customer-centric mindset and obsession for customer experience.<br/><br/>- Ability to define, prioritize, and deliver product vision successfully.<br/><br/>- Expertise in managing cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.<br/><br/><b>Interview Mode : Virtual</b></p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
