<p><p><b>Job Description :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Create and execute test scenarios based on business requirements or user stories and architectural requirements.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with business units to understand the business and ensure quality is infused into proposed solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Quickly learn and understand how programs, products, and systems interact.<br/><br/></p><p>- Develop end-to-end test scenarios with the end user in mind to demonstrate having a clear understanding of the entire process flow.<br/><br/></p><p>- Design, document, and execute detailed steps to support accurate and efficient execution of </p><p>test cases using Azure test plan.<br/><br/></p><p>- Support testing traceability by properly linking test cases to user stories.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate and integrate with Development teams during development, UAT teams during </p><p>acceptance testing, and the Release Team for deployments and post-deployment QA.<br/><br/></p><p>- Actively participate in requirement review sessions, peer test case reviews, and facilitate </p><p>defect review sessions with development teams and product owners.<br/><br/></p><p>- Work with Agile delivery teams to accurately define acceptance criteria and definition.<br/><br/></p><p>- Work closely with development during all stages of projects to support faster feedback loops </p><p>by providing regular testing results and defect reports.<br/><br/></p><p>- Define Sprint and Release testing scope and estimation for each sprint.<br/><br/></p><p>- Responsible and accountable for supporting Agile testing metrics for each Sprint and Release.<br/><br/></p><p>- Track and support User Acceptance and Beta testing efforts including defect triaging of issues </p><p>reported ensuring the solutions developed meet business goals and needs.<br/><br/></p><p>- Provide detailed written documentation as a bug or defect when test results differ from </p><p>expected outcomes according to our defect management process.<br/><br/></p><p>- Effective communication with the development team on defect and bug resolution status.<br/><br/></p><p>- Track and report issues promptly.<br/><br/></p><p>- Thoroughly investigate and analyze issues to find root causes.<br/><br/></p><p>- Identify and resolve testing-related issues and risks.<br/><br/></p><p>- Communicate issues and escalate if needed.<br/><br/></p><p>- Pursue strong testing practices through a culture of continuous improvement.<br/><br/></p><p>- Perform tasks to meet project deadlines and work together with the team to ensure project </p><p>success.<br/><br/></p><p>- Provide input on improvement opportunities for test cases and defect management </p><p>processes.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ability to learn and follow established SQA procedures.<br/><br/></p><p>- Contribute to a positive work environment by fostering the values of initiative and </p><p>accountability.<br/><br/></p><p>- This position will focus primarily on testing support to scrum teams with guidance from the </p><p>embedded Software Quality Assurance Analysts.<br/><br/></p><p>- Testing activities include large testing plans for strategic projects, and smaller test plans for </p><p>enhancements, bugs, and maintenance items.<br/><br/></p><p>- A secondary focus includes periodic assistance to the release management process including </p><p>regression testing, release note communication, and change management documentation </p><p>under the general guidance from the release have </p><p><br/></p><p>- Strong SQL scripting, Data warehousing, and reporting validation experience with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience and overall 7 to 10 Years of experience.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Must have ETL Testing experience with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.<br/><br/></p><p>- Must have validation experience in BI tools like Power BI/ Tableau/SSRS.<br/><br/></p><p>- Must have an automation mindset, and experience in automation testing in any skills : </b></p><p><br/></p>- Good to have Snowflake SQL and Snowflake DB.<br/><br/></p><p>- Automation experience in testing -in DBT (Data Build tool) or other ETL preferred but not </p><p>mandatory.<br/><br/></p><p>- One to Three years supporting SQA methodology in an Agile environment.<br/><br/></p><p>- One to Three years demonstrating a solid understanding of best practices and principles in </p><p>software testing including test case management and defect management.<br/><br/></p><p>- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills along with the ability to present information effectively to coworkers and management.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proven ability to identify test cases, bugs, flaws, etc.
