<p><p><b>Role : </b> Software Test Automation Engineer.<br/><br/><b>Experience Required : </b> 3 to 5 Years.<br/><br/><b>Role Overview :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>We are seeking a highly skilled QA Automation Engineer to design, develop, and maintain robust test automation frameworks, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, enterprise-grade applications.
</p><p><br/></p><p>The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in C# .NET, OOPs concepts, modern automation tools, and hands-on experience in UI and API testing.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks for web, API, and functional testing.<br/><br/></p><p>- Create, execute, and maintain thorough test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure software quality.<br/><br/></p><p>- Automate test cases using Selenium WebDriver and Playwright for end-to-end testing.<br/><br/></p><p>- Perform API testing (manual and automated) using tools like Postman, RestSharp, or similar frameworks.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and business analysts to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria.<br/><br/></p><p>- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous quality assurance.<br/><br/></p><p>- Analyze test results, identify bugs, and perform root-cause analysis in collaboration with engineering teams.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ensure test coverage, maintainability, and scalability of automation solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Contribute to quality strategy and advocate for best testing practices across teams.<br/><br/></p><p>- Hands on Automation Testing.<br/><br/></p><p>- Requirements gathering and analysis in a testing role.<br/><br/></p><p>- An understanding of client business functions, technology needs, tools, and other applications that interface with client systems.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong understanding of best practice testing methodology.<br/><br/></p><p>- The ability to analyze project documentation written by other team members (functional requirements, unit and integration test </p><p>plans etc.) to ensure the requirements are testable and the full range of system aspects are being tested.<br/><br/><b>Required Skills & Qualifications : </b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Strong understanding of OOPs concepts and solid programming skills in C# .NET.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proven experience in test automation using Selenium with C# and Playwright.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Candidates with experience in Selenium with Java can also be considered, provided they are open to work on C#.<br/><br/></p><p>- Hands-on experience with API testing and automation.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and QA processes.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience in unit testing, integration testing, and regression testing.<br/><br/></p><p>- Knowledge of Azure DevOps, Git, or other version control and CI/CD tools.<br/><br/></p><p>- Good knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.<br/><br/></p><p>- Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.<br/><br/><b>Nice-to-Have Skills : </b><br/><br/></p><p>- Knowledge of performance and load testing tools (JMeter, k6, etc.)<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience in mobile automation testing (Appium, BrowserStack).<br/><br/></p><p>- Exposure to Cloud testing environments (Azure, AWS).<br/><br/></p><p>- Knowledge of security testing basics.<br/><br/>Applicants may be required to appear onsite at a Wolters Kluwer office as part of the recruitment process.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
