<p>Roles and Responsibilities :<br/><br/>- Understand and analyze requirements to perform manual testing.<br/><br/>- Develop and execute test cases for complex situations.<br/><br/>- Document errors and issues, creating detailed reports for fixes.<br/><br/>- Design and Implement Test Automation Frameworks: Create and maintain reusable, efficient, and scalable test automation frameworks to support continuous integration and delivery pipelines.<br/><br/>- Develop and Execute Test Cases: Write and execute test cases for different software functionalities, including UI, backend, and integration layers, ensuring coverage of business requirements.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to identify test requirements, report bugs, and ensure timely resolution.<br/><br/>- Continuous Testing and CI/CD Integration: Integrate automated tests within CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing, ensuring that automated test results are promptly reported.<br/><br/>- Performance and Load Testing: Conduct performance testing to ensure that the software can handle expected and unexpected loads and is stable under various conditions.<br/><br/>- Reporting and Documentation: Document test cases, test plans, and results, and provide clear, actionable bug reports and testing summaries for stakeholders.<br/><br/>- Proactively report bugs and follow up on their status across different teams.<br/><br/>- Conduct user acceptance testing and functionality checks before product delivery.<br/><br/>- Monitor risk-management procedures and analyze problem logs to identify recurring issues.<br/><br/>- Conduct detailed requirements analysis and document processes for IT and development teams.<br/><br/>- Create Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and Software Requirements Specifications (SRS).<br/><br/>- Support initiatives to improve reporting quality and maintain solution integrity throughout the project lifecycle.<br/><br/>- Create wireframes to visualize requirements and solutions.<br/><br/>- Conduct research and interviews to determine IT business requirements and facilitate decision-making processes.<br/><br/>- Create Test Plans, Test Scenarios, and Test Cases.<br/><br/>- Analyzing user stories and use cases/requirements for validity and feasibility.<br/><br/>- Execution of various levels of testing; Functional, and non-functional.<br/><br/>- Troubleshooting quality issues and modifying test procedures.<br/><br/>- Prepare RTM, Test Summary Reports and Bugs Matrix.<br/><br/>- Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts for both manual and automated testing.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with development teams to understand product requirements and features.<br/><br/>- Perform functional, integration, regression, security and performance testing.<br/><br/>- Identify, document, and track software defects to closure.<br/><br/>- Work closely with developers to debug and troubleshoot issues.<br/><br/>- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, JUnit, or equivalent.<br/><br/>- Continuously improve testing processes and frameworks to enhance product quality.<br/><br/>Required Candidate profile :<br/><br/>Qualifications :<br/><br/>- Any Graduated<br/><br/>- Black box test case creation and execution.<br/><br/>- Execute test case manual and analyze results.<br/><br/>- Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills.</p> (ref:hirist.tech)
