As a Tech Lead, youll drive architecture, scale systems to handle growing demand, and mentor engineers across levelsall while collaborating with product and design teams to deliver impactful solutions in a fast-paced startup environment.

If you enjoy balancing hands-on coding with technical leadership and love solving real-world challenges at scale, this role is for you.<br/><br/><b>Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/>- Lead the design and development of complex, scalable, and high-performance web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).<br/><br/>- Drive architectural decisions and establish engineering best practices for performance, maintainability, and security.<br/><br/>- Own end-to-end delivery of critical projects from planning and technical design to deployment and monitoring.<br/><br/>- Champion observability and monitoring practices using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Datadog to ensure system reliability and proactively address bottlenecks.<br/><br/>- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, UX, QA, and DevOps) to deliver seamless, user-focused features.<br/><br/>- Define and track key engineering metrics (e.g., system uptime, latency, code quality) to drive improvements across services.<br/><br/>- Maintain technical documentation and architectural diagrams for knowledge sharing and team onboarding.<br/><br/>- Identify and address technical debt, scalability challenges, and opportunities for cost optimization in cloud environments.<br/><br/>- Advocate for secure coding practices and ensure applications adhere to OWASP standards and data protection policies.<br/><br/><b>Requirements :</b><br/><br/>- 3 - 8 years of experience in full stack web development, with proven expertise in the MERN stack.<br/><br/>- Proficient in JavaScript and TypeScript; strong hands-on experience with React.js, Node.js, and building RESTful APIs.<br/><br/>- Deep understanding of microservices architectures, event-driven systems, and distributed computing principles.<br/><br/>- Proven ability to design and scale systems handling high traffic, ensuring fault tolerance and high availability.<br/><br/>- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes).<br/><br/>- Strong knowledge of observability, monitoring, and alerting systems to maintain production-grade applications.<br/><br/>- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and performance optimization techniques.<br/><br/>- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and system design skills.<br/><br/>- Track record of mentoring engineers and leading technical discussions in Agile teams.<br/><br/>- Bonus : Open-source contributions, technical blog posts, or participating in engineering meetups/conferences.<br/><br/>- Bonus : Experience optimizing cloud infrastructure costs and implementing robust security practices.<br/><br/><b>Work Arrangement :</b><br/><br/>Flexible work setup, including hybrid options.
