The Technical Lead will use their core engineering capabilities to leverage Generative AI for Test and Measurement.

The applicant can expect to gain vast experience in the growing use of GenAI to address key requirements in the semiconductor industry.

We do not expect the applicant to have prior experience in working with GenAI however, we do expect the applicant to be keen to learn and work in the growing landscape of GenAI.

<br/><br/><b>Position Overview :</b><br/><br/>We are a 25+ year Company that serves seven of the top 20 semiconductor companies in the world.

We have recently seen a rapid growth in the demand to improve the efficiency of legacy workflows using GenAI.

To meet this high demand Soliton is building a brand-new team.

We expect this team to solve some of the most challenging problems using the recent advancements in GenAI.

<br/><br/>We are looking for a Technical Lead in Python, who has strong engineering capabilities and a keen interest to learn and explore its application in GenAI.

The Technical Lead will design and implement software for multiple applications such as Measurement & Automation, Semiconductor Post-Silicon Validation, and Cross-platform device GUIs. This is a role where you can expect to gain vast experience in GenAI using your core know-how in Python.

</p><p><br/></p><p>- With every device in the world from an electric toothbrush to a self-driving car requiring automated test and measurement solutions, this is a domain with multiple Responsibilities :</b></p><br/><b><br/></b><br/><p>The Technical Lead will work as part of a Venture team at Soliton that is young and ambitious, looking into new growth tracks.

This team will explore the use of the most recent advancements in GenAI to address the challenges of Test and Measurement.

</p><br/><b>Technical Expertise You will Architect and Design service-based systems comprising frontend, backend, databases and AI services.</p><br/><p>- Configure, Deploy and Scale systems and solutions using cloud infrastructure like Azure and AWS.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Develop, Codevelop and Guide the team from the proposed architecture and design to a functional and scalable solution.</p><p><br/></p><p>- You will establish the best coding practices to develop, debug and design user interfaces.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Lead the Team to Excellence and Innovation</p><p><br/></p><p>- You will lead and help the team generate and propose innovative ideas with impact analyses to customers.</p><p><br/></p><p>- You will be setting the benchmark for the high standard of quality and attention to detail required to deliver beautiful and impactful solutions.</p><p><br/></p><p>- You will take the lead to plan for and identify technical risks and issues.</p><p><br/></p><p>- You will work with the Agile team to create a cohesive, common purpose and bring your team together to analyze performance metrics, retrospections and action plans.</p><br/><br/><p>- You will implement detailed Design with required prototypes to explore new concepts.

</p><p><b style="background-color: inherit;"><br/></b></p><p><b style="background-color: inherit;">Be A Great Communicator and Leader :</b></p><br/><br/><p>- You will play a key role in understanding the requirements and priorities of the customer and breaking them down for detailed estimation and planning.</p><p><br/></p><p>- You will steer the execution of the plan and work closely with clients establishing strong business relationships.</p><p><br/></p><p>- You will take the lead in Demos to clients and ensure high quality deliverables with required documentation.</p><p><br/></p><p>- You will mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews and provide technical support to stakeholders in the organization.</p><br/><br/><p>- You will be the key lead in reporting on the status and development of Projects to senior team members.</p><p><br/></p><p>- You will participate in project meetings with management and other team :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Extensive background as a Python developer with experience of 5-10 years and engineering graduation, preferably electronics background.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Proficiency in Python asynchronous programming (asyncio) and strong understanding of microservices architecture.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Good understanding of design pattern and Multithreading concepts.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and testing frameworks, specifically pytest and familiarity with DevOps practices.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Prior experience in Team handling is a must.

</p><p><br/></p><p>- Experience with web frameworks such as FastAPI and Django for building API-driven applications.</p><p><br/></p><p>Good to Have :</p><p><br/></p><p>- Experience in cloud platforms such as Azure/AWS for deploying and managing scalable services.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Knowledge on data frameworks like LlamaIndex and LangChain</p><p><br/></p><p>- Any academic knowledge or work experience in GenAI and/or self-driven projects would be a great plus.</p><br/><p></p><br/><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
