<p><p><b>Company Description :</b><br/><br/>ParamInfo is a global leader in providing Consulting, IT Services, IT Solutions, and Outsourcing.<br/><br/>As one of the fastest-growing IT service providers, we operate in the UAE, India, and the USA.<br/><br/>Our result-oriented approach, quality deliverables, and successful long-term relationships exemplify our professionalism, dedication, and passion.<br/><br/>We focus on improving business management by streamlining business and IT processes.</p><p><br/></p><p><b>Job Title :</b> Solution Architect - Banking.<br/><br/><b>Job Location : </b>Bangalore/ Remote.</p><p><br/><b>Job Summary :</b><br/><br/>We are seeking a highly experienced Solution Architect with deep domain expertise in core banking systems to lead solution design, integration, and transformation initiatives across retail, corporate, and digital banking landscapes.<br/><br/>The ideal candidate will bridge business needs and technical solutions, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performance architecture that aligns with the banks strategic objectives.</p><p><br/></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Design end-to-end solution architecture for core banking systems, including integrations with satellite applications.<br/><br/></p><p>- Lead the assessment, design, and implementation of core banking transformation initiatives (e.g., system upgrade, re-platforming, cloud migration).<br/><br/></p><p>- Define and maintain architecture principles, standards, and best practices in line with regulatory, security, and operational requirements.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solution designs and target architecture blueprints.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Develop and validate solution design documents (HLDs, LLDs), including data flow diagrams, system interfaces, and security models.<br/><br/></p><p>- Own the application and integration architecture, ensuring seamless data flow between the core banking platform and external/internal systems (e.g., CRM, treasury, AML, regulatory reporting, payments, digital channels).<br/><br/></p><p>- Provide governance and oversight on the technical delivery by internal teams and third-party vendors.<br/><br/></p><p>- Conduct impact analysis, gap assessments, and propose modernization strategies, including API-led architectures, microservices, and cloud-native adoption.<br/><br/></p><p>- Work closely with Infrastructure, Security, DevOps, and Data teams to ensure non-functional requirements (e.g., scalability, resiliency, DR, performance) are met.<br/><br/></p><p>- Support RFP evaluations and vendor assessments from an architecture Qualifications & Skills :</b></p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.<br/><br/></p><p>- 10+ years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in solution architecture roles in the core banking domain.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proven expertise in one or more core banking.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong understanding of banking business processes : CASA, Loans, Trade Finance, Payments, Treasury, GL, etc.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience designing solutions across retail, corporate, and digital banking channels.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proficiency in integration technologies : REST/SOAP APIs, MQ, Kafka, ISO 20022/8583.<br/><br/></p><p>- Knowledge of security, compliance (e.g., PCI-DSS, GDPR, local banking regulations), and data Skills :</b></p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Experience with banking modernization initiatives, including legacy system decommissioning.<br/><br/></p><p>- Exposure to open banking, BaaS (Banking-as-a-Service), and digital core banking platforms.<br/><br/></p><p>- Understanding of Agile/SAFe delivery models and enterprise integration patterns.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ability to mentor junior architects and lead architecture reviews and steering Attributes :</b></p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to solving problems.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong interpersonal, stakeholder management, and communication skills.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ability to operate in high-pressure environments with tight deadlines and regulatory demands.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
