<p><p><b>Job Description :</b></p><p><br/><b>Key Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/></p><p>Presales Engagement :</p><p><br/>- Collaborate with sales teams to qualify opportunities and craft winning proposals<br/><br/></p><p>- Bring consulting and solution driven approach to wining deals in CX solution area<br/><br/></p><p>- Drive discovery workshops to capture CX business objectives, pain points, and success metrics<br/><br/></p><p>Solution Architecture & Design :</p><p><br/>- Define high-level and detailed solution blueprints spanning CRM, Commerce, ECM, Portals<br/><br/></p><p>- Rapidly prototype POCs and interactive demos showcasing solution value and extensibility<br/><br/></p><p>- Tailor demos to client-specific scenarios using CX platform SDKs and low-code tools<br/><br/></p><p>Client Interfacing & Stakeholder Management :</p><p><br/>- Present architectures, roadmaps, and governance frameworks to executive and technical stakeholders<br/><br/></p><p>- Lead alignment sessions to ensure solution components meet business, security, and compliance requirements<br/><br/></p><p>- Able to work independently with customer stakeholders - Business Process Owners/ SMEs/ Process Sponsors/ IT Leaders<br/><br/></p><p>Solution Delivery Guidance :</p><p><br/>- Partner with development and delivery teams to validate design, review code, and enforce best practices<br/><br/></p><p>- Contribute to development of reference architectures, reusable accelerators, and governance checklists<br/><br/><b>Required Qualifications :</b><br/><br/>- Overall 15+ years of rich IT experience and 6+ years of experience in solution architecture, presales engineering, or senior consulting roles<br/><br/>- Proven track record architecting and delivering enterprise CX platforms services :<br/><br/></p><p>1.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service)<br/><br/></p><p>2.
Adobe Experience Cloud (Adobe Commerce, Campaign, Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics)<br/><br/></p><p>3.
Liferay Digital Experience Platform or comparable portal/CMS solutions<br/><br/></p><p>4.
CX Consulting & advisory<br/><br/>- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (Azure) and microservices architecture<br/><br/>- Hands-on experience with integration patterns, APIs, middleware<br/><br/>- Industry experience across Manufacturing, BFSI, Energy, Life Sciences is preferred with in-depth in at least one industry domain understanding including business processes, value chain and challenges<br/><br/>- Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with ability to engage C-suite and technical audiences<br/><br/>- Pune location is preferred, open to Bangalore/ Noida/ Hyderabad</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
