<p><p><b>Responsibilities :</b></p><br/><p>- NetSuite Implementation and Optimization<br/><br/></p><p>- Lead the end-to-end implementation of NetSuite, ensuring seamless integration across all relevant business functions<br/><br/></p><p>- Optimize NetSuite configurations to leverage the full suite of NetSuite functionality<br/><br/></p><p>- Develop and implement best practices for NetSuite usage to maximize ROI and operational efficiency</p><br/><p>- Business Process Automation<br/><br/></p><p>- Identify, eliminate manual workflows by automating them within NetSuite<br/><br/></p><p>- Integrate AI-driven tools to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy<br/><br/></p><p>- Develop or spearhead development of custom scripts and workflows to meet specific business requirements<br/><br/></p><p>- Build trusted internal relationships at every level spanning the organization to identify efficiency opportunities leveraging NetSuite around the globe</p><br/><p>- Technology Implementation and Integration Excellence<br/><br/></p><p>- Lead NetSuite-related projects from inception to completion, including system integrations, data hygiene efforts, platform migrations, reporting and analytics initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget<br/><br/></p><p>- Embrace AI and the cloud, eliminate manual processes, replace discrete Excel analysis with automated dashboards, add analytics to business processes, become expert at integrating technologies<br/><br/></p><p>- Maximize value from key systems by leveraging modules in NetSuite, Salesforce,Jira, Keka, Office 365/SharePoint platforms, PowerBI, etc.<br/><br/></p><p>- Communicate project status, risks and issues to stakeholders effectively</p><br/><p>- AI and Advanced Functionality Utilization<br/><br/></p><p>- Stay abreast of NetSuites AI roadmap and integrate AI functionalities to enhance decision-making and predictive analytics<br/><br/></p><p>- Implement AI-driven features such as intelligent forecasting (e.g. cash forecasting), anomaly detection and automated insights<br/><br/></p><p>- Leverage machine learning models to optimize business processes and improve data accuracy</p><br/><p>- Reporting and Analytics Integration<br/><br/></p><p>- Design and implement integrated reporting and analytics NetSuite tools to create visually engaging and intuitive dashboards and reports, emphasizing clear communication of complex data through charts, graphs and other visual elements, all within NetSuite<br/><br/></p><p>- Eliminate manual Excel-based reporting by leveraging NetSuites native reporting and analytics capabilities<br/><br/></p><p>- Utilize SuiteAnalytics and SuiteAnalytics Workbook to create real-time dashboards and reports</p><br/><p>- System Integration and Data Management<br/><br/></p><p>- Oversee the integration of NetSuite with other business systems such as Salesforce, Jira, Office 365, PowerBI and Keka (HCM)<br/><br/></p><p>- Ensure data integrity and consistency across all integrated systems<br/><br/></p><p>- Develop and maintain data migration strategies and processes, as needed<br/><br/></p><p>- Work with engineers to automate and elevate multiplatform reports using PowerBI<br/><br/></p><p>- Develop and deliver compelling presentations and reports to the CEO, executive team, board members</p><br/><p>- Continuous Process Improvement and Analytics<br/><br/></p><p>- Continuously evaluate, update and improve NetSuite configurations and processes.

Implement feedback loops to gather user input and drive system enhancements<br/><br/></p><p>- Stay updated on NetSuite updates, new features and industry best practices.

Identify/implement process improvements to enhance Utilize strong analytical skills to gather and analyze data, identify trends and drive data-driven decision-making.

Translate complex data and insights into rigorous, clear, actionable :</b></p><br/><p>- Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Accounting or a related field<br/><br/></p><p>- Minimum of 10 years of experience in NetSuite implementation and optimization, ideally with NetSuite certifications (Administrator, Suite Foundation, ERP Consultant)<br/><br/></p><p>- Proven track record of leading end-to-end NetSuite buildouts and integrations<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong understanding of NetSuite modules and SuiteScript, SuiteFlow and SuiteAnalytics<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with AI and machine learning integration within ERP systems generally and NetSuite specifically<br/><br/></p><p>- Business acumen and experience in financial management or accounting<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong project management skills with experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies and Jira<br/><br/></p><p>- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights through visually appealing reports and dashboards<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience creating visually driven presentations to convey complex financial and operational performance and trends clearly and concisely to private equity sponsors, senior leadership and the board<br/><br/></p><p>- Savvy at building trusted internal stakeholder relationships across the org<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience optimizing Netsuite in an IT constellation including Salesforce, Jira, PowerBI, SharePoint and HCM platforms in general (Keka HCM experience is a bonus)<br/><br/></p><p>- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment</p><br/><p><b>Desired Attributes :</b></p><br/><p>- A strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset<br/><br/></p><p>- A strong communicator with the ability to influence and inspire<br/><br/></p><p>- A rigorous, data-driven professional with a passion for continuous improvement<br/><br/></p><p>- A proactive and adaptable leader with a positive attitude<br/><br/></p><p>- A team player with a collaborative approach<br/><br/></p><p>- A great personality and a fun person to work with<br/><br/></p><p>- A strong attention to detail and accuracy</p><br/><p><b>Requirements added by the job poster :</b></p><br/><p>- Working in a remote setting</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
