<p></p><p><b>Role : Solutions Architect, EdTech Solutions</b><br/><br/> We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Solutions Architect to lead the technical design and delivery of our EdTech projects.<br/><br/> This role is for a hands-on technical expert who excels at translating business needs into robust, scalable solutions.<br/><br/> You will be instrumental in the entire project lifecycle, from initial client engagement and architectural design to project oversight and successful delivery.<br/><br/> This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of educational technology by working on innovative projects for B2B enterprise clients and defining advanced features for our platform to support B2B2C :</b></p><br/><b>Technical Leadership & Solution Design :</b><br/><br/><p></p><p> - Serve as the primary technical leader for both B2B and B2B2C EdTech projects, providing hands-on expertise in designing and developing robust, scalable solutions.<br/><br/></p><p> - Collaborate with clients and internal product teams to deeply understand project requirements, constraints, and business objectives.<br/><br/></p><p> - Translate high-level business needs into detailed technical specifications and architectural designs.<br/><br/></p><p> - This includes creating comprehensive documentation and diagrams that the engineering team can use to execute effectively.<br/><br/></p><p> - Actively drive technical initiatives to build the advanced platform features necessary to support B2B2C partnerships, where our platform serves the end-users of our business clients.<br/><br/></p><p> - This will involve designing features like custom branding, Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations, and advanced reporting for enterprise Oversight & Delivery :</b></p><p><br/></p> - Maintain a high-level view of the team's development progress, ensuring projects stay on track and meet established timelines.<br/><br/><p></p><p> - You will be responsible for monitoring key project milestones and identifying potential risks.<br/><br/></p><p> - Help the team overcome technical blockers and challenges by providing guidance and strategic direction.<br/><br/></p><p>- You will act as a technical problem-solver, helping to unstick the team when they face complex issues.</p><p><br/></p><p> - Ensure the technical solution aligns with the client's expectations and project goals.<br/><br/></p><p> - You'll be the one to confirm that what the team is building meets the original vision and requirements.<br/><br/></p><p> - Work with project managers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure technical solutions align with product roadmaps and business & Stakeholder Communication :</b></p><p><br/></p> - Act as the key technical point of contact for B2B clients and internal stakeholders, communicating project progress, technical decisions, and solution designs clearly and effectively.<br/><br/><p></p><p> - Engage and collaborate with cross-functional teams across different geographies, ensuring seamless communication and alignment on project goals and technical decisions.</p><p><br/></p><p> - Lead technical discussions and presentations with clients, translating complex technical information into understandable business terms.<br/><br/></p><p> - Gather feedback from clients throughout the project lifecycle to ensure we are building the right & Business Development :</b></p><p><br/></p> - Play a crucial role in the pre-sales process by contributing to new project proposals and technical bids.<br/><br/><p></p><p> - This includes estimating project scope, resources, and timelines.<br/><br/></p><p> - Develop and present compelling proof-of-concepts (POCs) and technical demos to prospective clients.<br/><br/></p><p> - Define the architectural vision and strategy for new projects, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and maintainable.<br/><br/></p><p> - This includes making build vs.

buy decisions and selecting appropriate : </b></p><br/><b>Experience :</b><br/><br/><p></p><p> - 5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.<br/><br/></p><p> - Proven experience in a B2B or B2B2C environment, preferably within the EdTech or SaaS industry.<br/><br/></p><p> - Demonstrated hands-on experience in solution design and system architecture.<br/><br/></p><p> - Experience building and evolving a platform to support the needs of enterprise clients and their end-users is highly desirable.</p><p><br/></p><p> - Familiarity with agile development Skills :</b></p><p><br/></p> - Strong background in full-stack development and a solid understanding of modern web technologies.<br/><br/><p></p><p> - Proficiency in defining and documenting software architecture, including microservices, APIs, and cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).<br/><br/></p><p> - Demonstrated knowledge of various cloud services and the ability to evaluate and select the best technologies for a given project (e.g., database choices, serverless computing, containerization).<br/><br/></p><p> - Experience with a variety of programming languages and frameworks (e.g., Python, Node.js, React, Angular).<br/><br/></p><p> - Knowledge of databases (SQL and NoSQL), CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps Skills :</b></p><p><br/></p> - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.<p></p><p><br/></p><p> - Excellent problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset for building long-term, sustainable solutions.<br/><br/></p><p> - Strong negotiation and presentation skills, particularly in client-facing scenarios.<br/><br/></p><p> - Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.</p><br/><p></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
