<p><p><b>Skills Required :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Microservices, .NET, Python, C#, Azure</p><p><br/><b>Experience Range : </b>8 to 15 years</p><p><br/>You will be expected to identify and assess architectural risks; and communicate clearly the trade-offs in business language so key stakeholders can take appropriate actions to get the best return on investment for an initiative.<br/><br/>- Define and communicate solutions to business and technical stakeholders using architecture artifacts in line with firmss architectural practice<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with engineers and product owners internally and externally to guide the realisation of the solutions, and to manage collaboratively where architecturally intent cannot be realised as planned<br/><br/></p><p>- Ensure alignment to, and evolution of, Enterprise Architecture principles and<br/>roadmaps.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ensure that architectural decisions are clearly identified and managed for a solution, and any residual architectural debt is managed.<br/><br/></p><p>- Promote the architecture process, its outcome and ongoing results.<br/><br/></p><p>- Evaluate selection of vendor products against the architectural guardrails, functional and non-functional requirements, and participate in third party technical assurance where appropriate.<br/><br/></p><p>- Document architecture design in the best way to support the delivery of solutions and products in the organization<br/><br/></p><p>- Promote re-use of common components and assets<br/><br/><b>Technical :</b><br/><br/></p><p>You may have some or all of the following, not everything is essential:<br/><br/></p><p>- A Strong understanding of Domain Driven Design<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience of forming solutions in various patterns that may include N-tier, SOA, Event Driven and Microservice / Small service based applications.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experienced of working across the Full Software Development Life Cycles as defined by different software delivery paradigms: waterfall, incremental and Agile.<br/><br/></p><p>- Knowledge and practical application of Design Patterns and Practises.<br/><br/></p><p>- Just enough documentation of solution designs that may take the form of blueprints, relationship diagrams, integration patterns etc.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience of building within the Azure cloud (Application Service, Functions, Azure SQL, Service Bus, KeyVault) or other cloud providers<br/><br/></p><p>- Use of Continuous integration and automated deployments within Azure DevOps or similar<br/><br/></p><p>- Knowledge of programming language(s) and frameworks that may include one or more of .Net Core, C#, python, SQL, Automated Unit Testing, Web API, MVC, Entity Framework, jQuery, CSS, Bootstrap, and JavaScript programming.<br/><br/><b>Non- Technical :</b><br/><br/></p><p>You may have some or all of the following, not everything is essential :<br/><br/></p><p>- Bachelor's degree in computer science, systems analysis or a related study, or equivalent experience.<br/><br/></p><p>- Exposure to multiple, diverse technologies and processing environments.<br/><br/></p><p>- Excellent interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation, negotiation and planning.<br/><br/></p><p>- Excellent analytical and technical skills.<br/><br/></p><p>- Excellent written and verbal communication skills especially able to convey architectural decisions through the use of a variety of communication techniques to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.<br/><br/></p><p>- Knowledge of business process re-engineering principles and processes.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ability to understand the long-term ("big picture") and short-term perspectives of situations.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ability to apply multiple technical solutions to business problems.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ability to quickly comprehend the functions and capabilities of new technologies</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
