We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior IVR & Cloud Solutions Developer with a strong leadership background to join our innovative team.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with IVR platforms and cloud technologies, leading development teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain IVR solutions using platforms like Twilio and Microsoft 365.
- Lead a team of developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and ensuring timely delivery of projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement cloud-based solutions on AWS, Azure, or other cloud platforms.
- Manage CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Kubernetes), and DevOps best practices for seamless deployments.
- Ensure security and privacy compliance in handling customer data.
- Work with tools like Jira, GitHub, Confluence for project tracking, version control, and documentation.
- Develop and maintain code in .Net, Java, Node.Js, and other scripting languages.
- Analyze complex problems, provide solutions, and optimize processes for efficiency and scalability.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 8+ years in software development with 3+ years in IVR development and 2+ years in team leadership.
- Strong proficiency in IVR platforms (Twilio, Microsoft 365).
- Certifications in IVR platforms (e.G., Twilio, Cyara) are a plus.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and container orchestration tools (Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Agile methodologies, and project management tools (Jira, Confluence, GitHub).
- Strong understanding of security and privacy standards for customer data.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
