<p><p>Solytics Partners provide products and services to BFSI and Healthcare firms.<br/>We use AI/ML& cutting-edge technology to develop next generation solutions or provide efficient services.<br/>We have strong team of PHDs in AI/ML and experts in BFSI, and healthcare industry.<br/>Our regulatory compliant solutions and services enable leading corporations and institutions to create and sustain competitive advantage.</p><p><br/></p><p><b>Job Title : </b> DevOps Lead.</p><p><br/></p><p><b>Experience : </b> 6+ years of relevant & Timings : </b> Pune (Hybrid) & Timing 11 : 00 AM 8 : 00 Qualification : </b> Masters or bachelor's in computer science or IT or in other relevant discipline from a reputed institute.</p><p><br/></p><p><b>Role Type : </b> Permanent / Full Time.</p><p><b><br/></b></p><p><b>Job Descriptions : </b></p><p><br/></p><p>We are looking for an experienced DevOps Lead with strong expertise in Azure Cloud to lead and manage our DevOps team and practices.<br/><br/></p><p>The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), containerization, and cloud-native development on Azure.<br/>You will play a key role in ensuring high availability, scalability, and automation across our infrastructure and application : </b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of DevOps pipelines across development, testing, and production environments.<br/><br/></p><p>- Drive automation of infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, ARM templates, Bicep).<br/><br/></p><p>- Manage and optimize CI/CD processes using tools like Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, </p><p>or similar.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ensure smooth containerized deployments using Docker and Kubernetes (preferably AKS </p><p>Azure Kubernetes Service).<br/><br/></p><p>- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions using tools like Azure Monitor, Log </p><p>Analytics, Prometheus, Grafana, or App Insights.<br/><br/></p><p>- Establish security best practices, including secrets management, identity and access </p><p>management (IAM), and compliance within Azure.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams to align DevOps practices with business goals.<br/><br/></p><p>- Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and post-mortem activities for critical production issues.<br/><br/></p><p>- Mentor and guide a team of DevOps engineers, fostering a culture of continuous Skills : </b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Minimum of 6+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar software engineering role.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud platform and its core services (e.g., </p><p>Azure VMs, App Services, AKS, Azure Functions, Storage, Azure DevOps, Key Vault).<br/><br/></p><p>- Proficiency in CI/CD pipeline tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar.<br/><br/></p><p>- Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) Terraform, ARM templates, or Bicep.<br/><br/></p><p>- Solid knowledge of containerization and orchestration Docker, Kubernetes (AKS preferred).<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience in implementing monitoring and logging frameworks Azure Monitor, Log </p><p>Analytics, Prometheus, Grafana, etc.<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with source control systems like Git and platforms like GitHub, Bitbucket, or Azure Repos.<br/><br/></p><p>- Understanding of networking, security, and firewall configurations within cloud environments.<br/><br/></p><p>- Knowledge of scripting languages like Bash, PowerShell, or Python.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and working in a collaborative DevOps culture.<br/><br/></p><p>- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage risk and identify critical </p><p>dependencies.<br/><br/></p><p>- Problem-solving attitude with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborative team player with a strong commitment to Agile process If Any : </b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Any relevant cloud certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, Azure DevOps Engineer).</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
