<p><p><b>Job Title : </b> Technical Project Manager.<br/><br/><b>Experience : </b> 12+ Years.<br/><br/><b>Location : </b> Hyderabad Work from office.<br/><br/><b>Shift Requirement : </b> Willingness to work in shifts to support global customers.<br/><br/><b>Role Overview : </b><br/><br/></p><p>We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Project Manager with a proven track record of managing teams in Augmented and Managed Services environments.<br/><br/></p><p>The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SLA/KPI management, customer interfacing, requirements gathering, Agile delivery, and guiding technical teams with solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>This role demands excellent communication, people management, and presentation skills, along with proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA for project tracking.
Experience in the Education domain will be considered a strong advantage.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities : </b><br/><br/><b>Project & Delivery Management : </b><br/><br/></p><p>- Manage end-to-end delivery for multiple projects in augmented and managed services models.<br/><br/></p><p>- Drive SLA and KPI adherence across teams, ensuring timely and quality outcomes.<br/><br/></p><p>- Develop and track project plans, timelines, risks, and mitigation strategies using JIRA.<br/><br/></p><p>- Conduct Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and ensure Agile best practices are followed.<br/><br/><b>Client Engagement : </b><br/><br/></p><p>- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring proactive communication and stakeholder alignment.<br/><br/></p><p>- Translate business requirements into actionable technical tasks for delivery teams.<br/><br/></p><p>- Conduct regular governance meetings, reporting on performance, risks, and improvement plans.<br/><br/><b>Team Leadership & Guidance : </b><br/><br/></p><p>- Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional Agile teams.<br/><br/></p><p>- Guide teams in understanding customer requirements and providing scalable solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.<br/><br/><b>Process & Performance Management : </b><br/><br/></p><p>- Establish and enforce best practices for SLA monitoring, escalation handling, and incident resolution.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ensure accurate reporting, dashboards, and performance reviews with both internal teams and clients.<br/><br/></p><p>- Drive creation and maintenance of SOPs/Runbooks to standardize service delivery.<br/><br/><b>Communication & Presentations : </b><br/><br/></p><p>- Deliver high-quality presentations to leadership and clients on project status, value additions, and transformation initiatives.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align on business priorities and solution strategies.<br/><br/><b>Required Skills & Qualifications : </b><br/><br/></p><p>- 12+ years of experience in IT services, with strong exposure to Augmented and Managed Services delivery models.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proven experience in SLA and KPI management.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies with hands-on experience running Agile projects.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proficiency in JIRA (issue tracking, sprint planning, reporting, dashboards).<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong customer-facing skills with ability to interface directly with executive stakeholders.<br/><br/></p><p>- Hands-on experience in requirement gathering, analysis, and solution guidance.<br/><br/></p><p>- Excellent people management and team leadership abilities.<br/><br/></p><p>- Outstanding communication and presentation skills.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ability and willingness to work in shifts to support global operations.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience in the Education domain (LMS, CRM, Student Lifecycle systems, etc.) will be an added advantage.<br/><br/><b>Education : </b><br/><br/></p><p>- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (Masters preferred).<br/><br/></p><p>- PMP / PRINCE2 / ITIL / CSM (Certified Scrum Master) certification is a plus.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
