Pesticide-free and plastic-free produce are added feathers in our offering.<br/><br/>Our mission: to reduce wastage, rebuild trust in freshness, and disrupt Indias largest and most frequent consumption category at scale and profitably.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/>- Develop and maintain ETL data pipelines to support business reporting and analytics.<br/><br/>- Work with structured and unstructured data across different sources and formats.<br/><br/>- Support the implementation and optimization of cloud-based data platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).<br/><br/>- Partner with analysts and data scientists to understand requirements and deliver solutions.<br/><br/>- Monitor data quality, identify gaps, and implement solutions for data reliability.<br/><br/>- Document workflows, processes, and data dictionaries for smooth knowledge transfer.<br/><br/>- Continuously learn and adopt best practices in data engineering.<br/><br/><b>Qualifications & Skills :</b><br/><br/><i>Must Have :<br/><br/></i>- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.<br/><br/>- 24 years of hands-on experience in data engineering or backend development.<br/><br/>- Proficiency in SQL and working knowledge of Python (or Scala/Java).<br/><br/>- Experience with data pipeline tools (Airflow, Luigi, Prefect, etc.).<br/><br/>- Familiarity with cloud data services (AWS Redshift, BigQuery, Azure Synapse, or Snowflake).<br/><br/>- Exposure to distributed data systems (Spark, Hadoop, Kafka).<br/><br/>- Understanding of data modeling and data warehousing concepts.<br/><br/><i>Good to have :</i><br/><br/>- Familiarity with CI/CD, Git, or DevOps practices.<br/><br/>- Exposure to BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).<br/><br/>- Previous experience in a product/startup environment.<br/><br/>- Interest in learning MLOps or advanced analytics integrations.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
