<p><p><b>Description : </b><br/><br/>SOTI is committed to providing its employees with endless possibilities; learning new things, working with the latest technologies and making a difference in the world.<br/><br/><b>What Youll Do : </b><br/><br/>- Collaborate with experienced project managers, software developers, and specialists to successfully deliver large-scale technological projects.<br/><br/>- Create project deliverables and define the level of quality, timelines, resources, and budget.<br/><br/>- Identify key project team members, roles, and organizational structure to ensure team members are aligned and project expectations are defined.<br/><br/>- Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques to monitor project progress.<br/><br/>- Ensure projects plans are updated by communicating with stakeholders and incorporating changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.<br/><br/>- Analyze project interdependencies, identify project risks and establish a mitigation plan.<br/><br/>- Develop project management artifacts while complying with enterprise policies and procedures.<br/><br/>- Proactively create a mitigation plan for risks and ensure the escalation of unresolved risks.<br/><br/>- Negotiate priorities across multiple teams to ensure the timely delivery of requirements.<br/><br/>- Stay on top of new industry trends, business conditions, and internal processes and practices to influence the success of programs and initiatives.<br/><br/><b>Experience Youll Bring : </b><br/><br/>- 7 to 10 years of experience working as a Release / Project Manager in R&D and/or Enterprise Software Product Development.<br/><br/>- PMP / PMI-ACP / Lean Certification or similar industry certification.<br/><br/>- Bachelors degree in Computer Science / Engineering or experience in a related field.<br/><br/>- Demonstrated experience of minimum 1-2 years working in change management/risk management/process management.<br/><br/>- Demonstrated experience in working with enterprise mobility solutions and technical software projects.<br/><br/>- Experience in agile software development methodology and in-depth understanding of software development and product life cycle.<br/><br/>- Proficient in project management methodologies and JIRA.<br/><br/>- Experienced in handling large-scale interdependent technological projects, using a variety of tools such as release dashboards, metrics, and pivot tables.<br/><br/>- Ability to comprehend complex technological challenges.<br/><br/>- Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills.<br/><br/>- Excellent communication skills and ability to express complex processes in simple terms to both internal and external stakeholders.<br/><br/>- Excellent interpersonal skills and experience in managing conflicts and working with a cross-functional team.<br/><br/>- Experience in Scaled Agile Framework will be considered an asset.<br/><br/>- Note : Should be working in Software Product Based Company with strong experience in stakeholder management.<br/></p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
