<p><p>About the Opportunity : </p><p><br/></p><p>We are looking for an experienced Level 2 NOC Engineer to take ownership of complex troubleshooting and resolution activities across network and infrastructure systems.
</p><p><br/></p><p>This is a hands-on, escalation-level role focused on diagnosing and resolving critical incidents not routine monitoring or first-level support.
</p><p><br/></p><p>The ideal candidate will possess advanced analytical and technical troubleshooting skills in networking, servers, and enterprise Wi-Fi ecosystems, along with in-depth experience working on MikroTik, Cambium, and Ruckus devices.
</p><p><br/></p><p>You will work collaboratively with cross-functional engineering teams and vendors to ensure stability, reliability, and root-cause resolution of persistent or high-impact issues.
</p><p><br/></p><p>What Youll Do :</p><p><br/></p><p>- Act as the primary escalation point for Level 1 support, handling complex network and system incidents requiring deep troubleshooting.
</p><p><br/></p><p>- Diagnose and resolve issues across routers, switches, firewalls, and server platforms.
</p><p><br/></p><p>- Perform detailed root cause analysis and implement permanent corrective actions to prevent recurring incidents.
</p><p><br/></p><p>- Troubleshoot and fine-tune configurations for MikroTik, Cambium, and Ruckus networks.
</p><p><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with vendors and internal engineering teams to identify firmware or configuration-level defects.
</p><p><br/></p><p>- Support network performance optimization by analyzing logs, metrics, and trend data.
Use diagnostic tools for packet analysis, connectivity validation, and protocol-level troubleshooting.
</p><p><br/></p><p>- Document incidents, solutions, and procedures to improve knowledge sharing and future response times.
Participate in problem review meetings and provide recommendations for infrastructure improvements.
</p><p><br/></p><p>- Ensure adherence to established escalation and change management processes.
</p><p><br/></p><p>What You Bring :</p><p><br/></p><p>- 3 to 6 years of experience in Network Operations Center (NOC) or Network Support Engineering roles.
Strong hands-on experience with network device troubleshooting routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless controllers.
</p><p><br/></p><p>- Proven expertise in MikroTik configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting (mandatory).
</p><p><br/></p><p>- Working knowledge of Cambium and Ruckus access point technologies.
</p><p><br/></p><p>- Proficiency in using network diagnostic tools such as Wireshark, SolarWinds, or similar platforms.
</p><p><br/></p><p>- Sound understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, routing protocols, NAT, and firewall policies.
</p><p><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with server-level troubleshooting (Windows/Linux environments).
</p><p><br/></p><p>- Strong analytical skills with a structured approach to troubleshooting and problem-solving.
</p><p><br/></p><p>- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to coordinate with vendors and non-technical stakeholders.
</p><p><br/></p><p>- Industry certifications such as CCNA, MTCNA/MTCRE (MikroTik), or equivalent are highly preferred.
</p><p><br/></p><p>Preferred Skills : </p><p><br/></p><p>- Experience working in 24x7 global NOC environments (even though this role follows standard hours).
</p><p><br/></p><p>- Knowledge of network monitoring systems, SNMP configurations, and performance alerts.
</p><p><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with incident management frameworks (ITIL) and documentation best practices.
