Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Amazon PPC Expert to manage and optimize Amazon advertising campaigns and product listings in a client-facing role.

The ideal candidate has a strong command of both PPC strategy and product page optimization and is comfortable communicating with clients directly.

This role requires excellent English communication skills, as you will be providing regular updates, performance insights, and recommendations to clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Proficiency in managing Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Brands & Display).
  • Strong understanding of Amazon advertising metrics: ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, CTR, CPC.
  • Amazon keyword research, targeting, and bid optimization expertise.
  • Experience with Amazon product listing optimization to boost CTR and conversions.
  • Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and Advertising Console.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret and act on Amazon campaign data.
  • Competence in Excel for reporting and performance tracking.
  • Excellent English communication skills, especially in client-facing roles.
  • Ability to conduct Amazon competitor analysis and identify strategic opportunities.
  • Detail-oriented with a data-driven, results-focused mindset.



Requirements

  • Develop, execute, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display ads to achieve client goals.
  • Conduct comprehensive keyword research, selection, and targeting to reach relevant audiences.
  • Monitor campaign metrics (ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, CTR, CPC) and adjust bids, budgets, and strategies based on performance data.
  • Optimize Amazon product pages to improve visibility and conversion, focusing on metrics such as click-through rate, conversion rate, and session percentage.
  • Regularly communicate with clients to provide performance reports, insights, and actionable recommendations in clear, professional English.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to identify new opportunities for campaign and listing improvement.
  • Work closely with internal teams to align ad strategy with product and content optimization.
  • Mentor junior account specialists and collaborate with internal teams to align advertising strategy with broader product and content initiatives.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (in-house or agency).

Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, recruitment tools, and job portals.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Proficiency in MS Office; experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is a plus.
