**_What Application Development & Maintenance contributes to Cardinal Health_**

Information Technology oversees the effective development, delivery, and operation of computing and information services.

This function anticipates, plans, and delivers Information Technology solutions and strategies that enable operations and drive business value.

Quality Control analyzes and inspects Information Technology products and processes for compliance to internal and external specifications and standards.

This job family collaborates with IT Project Management, Business Integration, and Application Development & Maintenance teams, among others, during implementation and integration projects to proactively identify compliance requirements and risks.

Quality Control also conducts regular audits and develops and communicates new quality control procedures for the function.

**_Job Summary_**

We are seeking an experienced testing specialist who can partner in delivering day-to-day testing activities in project & support operations across multiple processes focused on Warehouse Technology solutions –Manhattan Integration Framework and Manhattan Active WM, Mobile Applications.

In this role, you need to maintain build & operations capabilities for IT landscape supporting at-Home business unit while also focusing on continuous improvement, improving business outcome, and delivering world-class solutions.

The primary focus for this role is to maintain IT applications focused on supply chain and warehouse management in at-Home solutions.

You will play a hands-on role, focused on problem solving, continuous improvement, quality control, configuration, and work on cross-functional teams for business outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have multi-year experience working in application build and maintenance projects focused on warehouse management (Manhattan) enterprise capability.

This role requires strong technical knowledge in testing, stakeholder management, and domain expertise in Manhattan WMS to ensure seamless integration across a diverse application landscape.

**_Responsibilities_**

Team Collaboration:

+ Foster collaboration among IT, business units, and external partners to ensure smooth integration and user adoption
+ Monitor service management progress, and ensure alignment with quality standards

Functional Expertise:

+ Strong understanding of warehouse management business process and platforms and applications
+ Knowledge of healthcare industry standards and regulations
+ Knowledge of industry best practices in medical devices manufacturing, sales, and distribution
+ Very good technology knowledge in Manhattan warehouse management enterprise applications
+ Experience with various testing methodologies including functional, non-functional, and performance testing
+ Continuously evaluate testing processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices
+ Documents and manages SOPs for software and information platform systems

**Qualifications**

+ Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience
+ Warehouse Management Application experience, Manhattan Active or WMOS preferred
+ Minimum **5 years of IT** and **3 years of hands-on experience testing in Manhattan enterprise** applications
+ **1 - 3 years** of experience of successful production support, testing, deployment, and validation in a corporate environment
+ Test case design, analyzing Test Results, Defect Reporting & Tracking on regular basis
+ Experience in all phases of the software development lifecycle applying best practices and Agile software development methodologies
+ Experience of working with different platforms Web applications and API (Android, iOS experience is a plus)
+ Experience on BDD Framework
+ Design & development skills in any high-level language
+ Ability to perform development of test automation by designing and writing automated test scripts based on defined test cases, including the definition of test data for consumption by scripts during test execution
+ Analyzing Test Results, Defect Reporting & Tracking on regular basis
+ Hands-on experience with multiple scripting languages
+ Collaboratively work with various cross-functional teams across the globe
+ Problem Solving Skills – Demonstrated ability to assess, contain, and resolve service disruptions.

Ability to follow a structured approach to solving a problem
+ Ability to synthesize insights from data to drive system and/or process improvements
+ Communication Skills – Ability to interact at all layers of the organization and communicate the impact and resolution steps effectively

**Additional Preferred Qualifications:**

+ Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, GitHub, Postman
+ Familiarity with managing/solutioning applications in GCP Cloud
+ Experience collaborating in global/geographically diverse teams

+ Experience with Agile development methodologies and CI/CD processes
+ Process oriented – grasps process flows and can translate them to Business impact.

**_Responsibilities:_**

+ Improve incident response times, decrease SRT duration and eliminate incident root cause
+ Partners with internal IT solution owners and Managed Services Partners to drive process improvements and reduce risk of service disruptions
+ Ensures streamlined support for root cause analysis, permanent corrective actions and problem resolution
+ Apply governance policy standards consistently with respect to SLA performance
+ Demonstrates knowledge of core ITIL framework and the application of methodologies within area of concentration
+ Participate in daily operational stand-up meetings with team
+ Reporting tasks at stated cadence: Daily, Monthly
