This role involves working closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions, mentoring junior team members, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable claims configurations.

The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on expertise with Duck Creek Claims (v10/v11), SQL Server, .NET, and web services, along with proven experience in guiding teams and driving successful project outcomes.</p> <p> </p> <p><b>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</b></p> <ul> <li>Design, build, and configure Duck Creek Claims applications to meet business process and application requirements.</li> <li>Lead medium-to-complex configuration efforts, ensuring technical accuracy and alignment with business needs.</li> <li>Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather, refine, and implement requirements.</li> <li>Provide guidance, mentorship, and technical support to junior team members.</li> <li>Develop, customize, and integrate web services (SOAP/REST APIs) to support claims workflows.</li> <li>Utilize Duck Creek Server Object APIs to deliver effective technical solutions.</li> <li>Communicate status, risks, and progress updates to onsite leads and project managers.</li> <li>Ensure high-quality deliverables, documentation, and compliance with best practices.</li> <li>Identify and resolve technical issues, working collaboratively across teams.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><b>REQUIREMENTS</b></p> <ul> <li>6+ years of experience configuring <b>Duck Creek Claims (v10/v11)</b>, with proven success on medium-to-complex requirements and customizations.</li> <li>Strong background in <b>Property & Casualty insurance IT</b> systems and claims workflows.</li> <li>6+ years of hands-on experience with <b>SQL Server</b> and <b>C# .NET</b> development.</li> <li>3+ years of experience developing and integrating <b>SOAP and REST APIs</b>.</li> <li>Expertise in <b>Duck Creek Server Object APIs</b>.</li> <li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.</li> <li>Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and business stakeholders.</li> <li>Experience mentoring junior consultants and collaborating with cross-functional leads.</li> <li>Ability to deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable customizations.</li> <li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><b>LOCATION </b>Onsite Multiple Locations - PAN India - Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Pune, Kerala, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Noida, Gurgaon, Indore, Patna, Bhubaneswar</p> <p><b>EMPLOYMENT TYPE: </b>Full Time</p> <p> </p> <p><b>ABOUT ACCESS GLOBAL GROUP (www.acsgbl.com<u>)</u></b></p> <ul> <li>Access Global Group is a team of experts in Salesforce Consulting, Support, and Managed Services.
