This role involves working closely with business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams to design, configure, and deliver solutions across Policy administration.

The consultant will provide technical expertise, mentor junior team members, and ensure high-quality deliverables aligned with client needs and project goals.</p> <p> </p> <p><b>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</b></p> <ul> <li>Configure and implement Duck Creek Policy solutions, including product models, forms, rules, rating, and workflows.</li> <li>Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into system configurations.</li> <li>Participate in solution design discussions, providing input on best practices and technical approaches.</li> <li>Develop and maintain configuration documentation, ensuring accuracy and traceability.</li> <li>Conduct unit testing and support integration and user acceptance testing.</li> <li>Work with architects and developers to integrate Duck Creek Policy with external systems and services.</li> <li>Troubleshoot issues and provide production support as needed.</li> <li>Mentor junior team members and share knowledge of Duck Creek Policy capabilities and configuration practices.</li> <li>Ensure compliance with quality standards and project timelines.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><b>REQUIREMENTS</b></p> <ul> <li><b>5+ years of hands-on experience with Duck Creek Policy configuration</b>.</li> <li>Strong expertise in Duck Creek tools such as <b>Author, Tools, Skins, Forms, Rating, and Product Studio</b>.</li> <li>Experience configuring policy administration functions including rating, rules, forms, and workflows.</li> <li>Solid understanding of insurance domain processes (P&C) across multiple lines of business.</li> <li>Familiarity with integrations using XML, SOAP/REST APIs, and messaging services.</li> <li>Ability to analyze complex business requirements and provide effective configuration solutions.</li> <li>Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</li> <li>Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in Agile project environments.</li> <li>Prior experience mentoring or leading junior consultants is a plus.</li> <li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><b>LOCATION </b>Onsite Multiple Locations - PAN India - Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Pune, Kerala, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Noida, Gurgaon, Indore, Patna, Bhubaneswar</p> <p><b>EMPLOYMENT TYPE: </b>Full Time</p> <p> </p> <p><b>ABOUT ACCESS GLOBAL GROUP (www.acsgbl.com<u>)</u></b></p> <ul> <li>Access Global Group is a team of experts in Salesforce Consulting, Support, and Managed Services.
