About the Role:
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Full stack Developer to join our team, with a
focus on analyzing and resolving issues reported through customer support tickets.
You will be
responsible for investigating problems, identifying root causes, and implementing effective fixes
across our PHP and JavaScript-based stack.
This is a hands-on role that blends technical development expertise with customer-driven
problem-solving, ensuring our applications are stable, efficient, and aligned with user needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Ticket Analysis & Issue Resolution:
● Review, triage, and analyze customer support tickets to identify bugs and
performance concerns.
● Reproduce and investigate reported issues using application logs, database
queries, and code analysis.
● Collaborate with support, product, and QA teams to verify issues and ensure
resolution quality.
● Prioritize and implement fixes based on the impact and frequency of reported
problems.
Full Stack Development:
● Develop and maintain application features and fixes using PHP, MySQL,
JavaScript, CSS, HTML, React, and Node.js.
● Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code across front-end and back-end
systems.
● Implement database queries, optimizations, and schema updates when needed.
● Build reusable components and services to accelerate issue resolution and future
development.
Requirements
Technical Skills:
● Strong experience in PHP and MySQL (including writing and optimizing queries).
● Solid knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript and modern front-end frameworks,
especially React.
● Working experience with Node.js for backend services or APIs.
● Familiarity with debugging tools, log analysis, and ticketing systems (e.g.,
Zendesk, Jira).
● Understanding RESTful APIs, version control (Git), and CI/CD workflows.
Experience:
● 7+ years of full-stack development experience.
● Proven ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues.
● Experience working with customer service or support teams to understand user
pain points.
Soft Skills:
● Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
● Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
● Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Nice to Have:
● Experience working in Agile or Scrum teams.
● Familiarity with common security issues and how to mitigate them.
● Exposure to monitoring/logging tools (e.g., New Relic, Datadog, etc.).
