Job Overview:  
We are looking for a seasoned Senior Oracle HCM Cloud Developer with expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)  to join our global team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle HCM Cloud modules, with hands-on experience building integrations using OIC.
Experience working in the manufacturing sector  will be a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities:  
- Design and implement end-to-end integrations  between Oracle HCM Cloud and external systems using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) .
 
 
- Develop and maintain SOAP/REST-based web services, file-based integrations , and OIC orchestration flows .
 
 
- Customize and enhance Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Talent, etc.) using HDL, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas , and other tools.
 
 
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards  using OTBI and BI Publisher.
 
 
- Collaborate with functional teams, technical architects, and business stakeholders to gather integration requirements.
 
 
- Support production issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions.
 
 
- Document technical designs, integration architecture, and support procedures.
 
 
- Work in a global delivery model with stakeholders across different time zones.
 
 
Must-Have Skills:  
- 8+ years of IT experience with at least 3+ years in Oracle HCM Cloud .
 
 
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on development experience in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) .
 
 
- Strong experience in building and maintaining integrations using REST, SOAP, SFTP , and file-based transfers .
 
 
- Solid command of HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas , and security roles setup .
 
 
- Skilled in BI Publisher and OTBI  report development.
 
 
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
 
 
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
 
 
Preferred Qualifications:  
- Previous experience in the manufacturing industry  working with complex HR/Payroll integrations.
 
 
- Familiarity with Oracle Time and Labor (OTL), Benefits , and Learning  modules is a plus.
 
 
Oracle certifications in HCM Cloud and/or Oracle Integration
