We are currently seeking a Sr. Power BI Developer to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Primary Responsibility
1) Design Power BI dashboards balancing user experience and performance of data retrieval
2) Develop and maintain Power BI Semantic Models
3) Design and implement complex DAX measures
4) Optimize Power BI performance by tuning DAX queries, reducing model size, and improving refresh efficiency.
5) Integrate Power BI with Azure Synapse Data Lake and other sources
6) Build reusable and scalable Power BI datasets,
7) Collaborate with Data Engineers and Modelers to align data models, aggregations, and performance optimizations

Basic Qualifications:
· 7+ years' experience in one or more of the following: common design tools (Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.), prototyping tools (InVision, Axure, etc.), and collaboration tools (Abstract, Sharepoint, etc.)

5+ years in designing and developing PBI Dashboard / Reports and Semantic model

Preferred Skills:

· Strong experience interacting with clients highly preferred.

· Experience with Agile and/or Scrum development methods.

· Strong familiarity with deliverables such as user research analysis, use cases and scenarios, flows, detailed designs, annotations, and design systems

· Strong facilitation skills for leading user experience driven projects from discovery to completion

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Strong time management skills and the ability to be self-directed when needed

· Strong client (presentation) communication skills and the ability to present and sell ideas to various audiences (technical and non-technical)

· A desire to take a leading role in a rapidly growing and evolving design team, helping shape its culture and operations

· Ability to deliver against several initiatives simultaneously

· Comprehension to think strategically and transform current engagements into larger opportunities

· Capability to partner closely with developers, QA and product managers to rapidly iterate on designs based on user feedback and technical constraints
