JOB DESCRIPTION


As a Senior Software you will be working within an energetic agile team implementing solutions that support a wide range of customers.

You will develop high quality web-based applications for new and existing features.

You will also have the opportunity to bring your creative ideas to the table to deliver better solutions to our users.


Core Requirements and Responsibilities:


Essential job functions included but are not limited to the following:


· Responsible for developing new features and supporting/bug fixing existing features


· Responsible for production


· Troubleshoot issues across the whole stack - OS, DB, applications (.NET, EF), WebAPI services, JavaScript, and UI (Angular/React)


· Share what they know by mentoring other team members


· Closely follow industry trends and the open source community

Qualifications:

  • Have an intense passion for building software and mentoring their teams
  • Are very strong in both design and implementation at an enterprise level
  • 3.5 to 5 years of professional experience with OOPs, C#, JavaScript, ASP.NET, ASP.Net MVC, Web Services, Web API/Rest API, Unit Tests
  • Can work advanced database magic with relational SQL databases
  • Are in-tune with high performance and high availability design/programming
  • Have experience in security best practices for software and data platforms
  • Design 'perfect-fit' solutions with engineering teams and business units to drive business growth and customer delight
  • Enjoy solving problems through the entire application stack
  • Are interested and capable of learning other programming languages as needed.

    Commission plans are tailored to each sales role but common components include quota, MBO's and ABPMs. Salespeople receive their formal compensation plan within 30 days of hire.
