We seek an experienced application Integration and Middleware technical lead familiar with the latest MuleSoft, SAP CPI and other integration platforms and technologies.
In this position, you will design and develop new technical IT solutions to solve complex business problems and deliver new capabilities.
You will be responsible for technical planning, design, development, and modification of integration solutions across enterprise systems.
This includes creating integration flows, APIs, and ensuring secure, scalable, and high-performing solutions.
We are looking for candidates who are proficient in integration platforms and middleware technologies.
As part of Agilent IT’s SAP Services & Digital Integration (SSDI) team, you will be responsible for hands-on development of integration solutions using MuleSoft, SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), and Jitterbit.
You will work closely with architects, product managers, and other developers to build and maintain integrations that enable seamless data flow across enterprise applications.
Key Accountabilities:
Design, develop, and implement new integrations using MuleSoft, SAP CPI, and Jitterbit.
Works independently on complex development tasks and collaborates with cross-functional teams.
Uses established best practices and advanced integration patterns to deliver high-quality solutions
Modify and enhance existing integrations to meet evolving business needs.
Develop APIs, data mappings, and transformations (XML, JSON, XSLT).
Translates integration requirements into technical designs and working solutions.
Prepare and maintain integration design documents.
Perform unit and integration testing to ensure quality and reliability.
Support deployment activities and troubleshooting issues in production.
Follow and optimize established integration best practices and standards.
Basic Requirements:
Hands-on experience with MuleSoft, SAP CPI, and/or Jitterbit.
Strong understanding of API design, REST/SOAP services, and integration patterns.
Ability to rapidly iterate through prototypes of new integration capabilities/features ex: Message Queue, custom/pre-built connectors, data synchronization services, advanced data reconciliation, and caching processes
Have existing knowledge of Java, python programming, and Unix Shell scripting
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, SAP BTP).
Experience with AWS development pipeline and GitHub
Ability to collaborate with team members in a fast-paced environment utilizing hands-on experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment
