Our team is dedicated to using behavioral patterns of customers combined with cutting edge technology to take complex problems that enterprises face today and simplify them.<br/><br/> This helps make our programs more relevant and puts the customer on the path of true loyalty.<br/><br/><b>Position Overview :</b><br/><br/>We are seeking an experienced Staff Frontend Engineer to join our engineering team and drive the development of high-quality, scalable web applications.<br/><br/> This senior-level role requires expertise in modern frontend technologies, architectural thinking, and the ability to mentor junior developers while delivering pixel-perfect user interfaces.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/><b>Technical Leadership & Development :</b><br/><br/>- Design and implement complex frontend architectures using Angular, ReactJS, and modern JavaScript frameworks<br/><br/>- Build responsive, pixel-perfect user interfaces that match Figma designs with exceptional attention to detail<br/><br/>- Develop and maintain micro frontend architectures to enable scalable, modular application development<br/><br/>- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following industry best practices<br/><br/>- Optimize application performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility<br/><br/>- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and mockups into interactive web applications<br/><br/><b>Architecture & Strategy :</b><br/><br/>- Lead technical decision-making for frontend architecture and technology stack choices<br/><br/>- Design reusable component libraries and establish coding standards across teams<br/><br/>- Evaluate and integrate new frontend technologies and tools to improve development efficiency<br/><br/>- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, providing code reviews and technical guidance<br/><br/>- Participate in technical discussions and contribute to engineering roadmap planning<br/><br/><b>Collaboration & Quality :</b><br/><br/>- Work closely with backend engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver cohesive user experiences<br/><br/>- Ensure high code quality through comprehensive testing, code reviews, and documentation<br/><br/>- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions<br/><br/>- Stay current with frontend development trends and best practices<br/><br/><b>Required Skills & Experience :</b><br/><br/>- 8+ years of frontend development experience with at least 3 years in senior/lead roles<br/><br/>- Expert-level proficiency in Angular (Angular 12+) and proficient in ReactJS<br/><br/>- Advanced knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+)<br/><br/>- Extensive experience with Tailwind CSS and responsive design principles<br/><br/>- Proficiency with TypeScript, state management libraries (NgRx, Redux, Zustand)<br/><br/>- Strong background in micro frontend architecture and implementation<br/><br/>- Proven ability to create pixel-perfect implementations from Figma designs<br/><br/>- Strong understanding of software design patterns and front-end architecture.<br/><br/>- Experience with build tools and bundlers (Webpack, Vite, Angular CLI)<br/><br/>- Knowledge of testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, Jasmine, Karma)<br/><br/>- Knowledge of web performance optimization techniques and accessibility standards (WCAG)<br/><br/><b>Soft Skills :</b><br/><br/>- Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking<br/><br/>- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams<br/><br/>- Experience mentoring and guiding junior developers<br/><br/>- Ability to balance technical debt with feature delivery<br/><br/>- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality<br/><br/>- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and manage priorities<br/><br/><b>Required Qualifications :</b><br/><br/>- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)<br/><br/>- Experience in agile development environments<br/><br/>- Open source contributions or technical blog writing<br/><br/><b>What We Offer :</b><br/><br/>- Competitive salary<br/><br/>- Comprehensive health insurance<br/><br/>- Modern development tools and equipment<br/><br/>- Collaborative and innovative work environment<br/><br/>- Opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects with significant impact<br/></p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
