<p></p><p><b>Role Overview :</b></p><p><br/>The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing projects across the StavPay product line, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and with high quality.<br/><br/> This includes managing internal product/engineering/design teams, external vendors (banks, payment providers), and clients during onboarding and rollout.<br/><br/> The role requires a balance of technical fluency, payments industry knowledge, and structured project management skills.</p><br/><p><b>Key Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/>- Project Planning & Execution<br/><br/></p><p>- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with product roadmap and client needs.<br/><br/></p><p>- Build and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.<br/><br/></p><p>- Track and report progress to leadership and stakeholders.<br/><br/>- Cross-Functional Coordination<br/><br/></p><p>- Work closely with Product Managers, Engineering, and UX/UI teams to clarify requirements and prioritize work.<br/><br/></p><p>- Coordinate with banking/payment partners on integration timelines, compliance approvals, and certifications </p><p><br/></p><p>- Serve as the primary liaison with client stakeholders during onboarding and implementation.<br/><br/>- Risk & Issue Management<br/><br/></p><p>- Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies; drive proactive mitigation strategies.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal security standards (PCI, SOC 2, ISO 27001).<br/><br/>- Client Delivery<br/><br/></p><p>- Manage client-facing projects from kickoff to go-live.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ensure smooth adoption of StavPay modules including invoice capture, approvals, payment center, and reporting.<br/><br/></p><p>- Capture client feedback for product improvement.<br/><br/>- Operational Excellence<br/><br/></p><p>- Establish repeatable processes for implementation and release management.<br/><br/></p><p>- Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives, metrics, and best-practice sharing.</p><br/><p><b>Qualifications :</b><br/><br/>- Education : Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance, or related field; PMP or Agile certification a plus.<br/><b><br/>Experience :</b></p><p><br/>- 5+ years of project management experience in SaaS, fintech, or payments.<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with accounts-payable workflows and multi-entity fund structures (hedge funds, PE, family offices) strongly preferred.<br/><br/></p><p>- Demonstrated success managing technical integrations with banks, payment processors, or ERP/accounting systems.<br/><br/><b>Skills :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall hybrid).<br/><br/></p><p>- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ability to work across time zones and cultures with distributed teams.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Asana, or similar).</p><br/><p><b>What We Offer :</b><br/><br/>- Opportunity to lead projects at the intersection of fintech, AI, and payments innovation.<br/><br/></p><p>- Exposure to global clients in alternative asset management.<br/><br/></p><p>- Competitive compensation, performance incentives, and benefits.<br/><br/></p><p>- A fast-paced, entrepreneurial culture with direct impact on the companys growth.</p><br/><p>Mode : Work from Office</p><br/><p>Work Location : Mumbai/Bengaluru</p><br/><p>Working Hours : 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST or 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST (as per the US daylight saving schedule)</p><p></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
