Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable automation and AI workflows.
- Design seamless processes, streamline data flow, and create measurable business impact using tools like Zapier, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and Chorus.
- Automate repetitive manual tasks such as data synchronization, lead tracking, reporting, and renewal management.
- Develop solutions for extracting and processing data from Chorus or Salesforce, converting it into actionable insights.
- Implement automation-driven communication flows like renewal notifications, follow-up triggers, and survey links.
- Maintain clear documentation (SOPs, workflow diagrams, technical notes) for all automations.
- Define KPIs and build dashboards or reports to measure automation efficiency and ROI.
