In this role, you will define and execute automation strategies, lead BI test coverage initiatives, oversee backend validation processes, </p><p>and champion continuous delivery practices to maintain high standards across our Schedule :</b> 5 Days/Week Hours :</b> 11:30 AM 8:30 PM :</b> Work with Global Teams</p><p><b><br/></b></p><p><p><b>Key Responsibilities :</b></p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Lead QA delivery and test automation efforts for cloud-native and AI-based platforms, ensuring robustness and scalability.<br/><br/></p><p>- Define, implement, and manage Business Intelligence (BI) data validation strategies across multiple analytics layers.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate closely with product teams and data engineering to optimize test coverage, ensure data traceability, and validate reporting accuracy.<br/><br/></p><p>- Drive continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) quality metrics, regression automation, and performance testing initiatives.<br/><br/></p><p>- Mentor, guide, and grow a high-performing QA team, fostering a culture of quality and innovation.<br/><br/></p><p>- Establish and enforce QA best practices and processes to streamline testing workflows and improve :</b></p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Minimum 12 years of experience in QA and test automation, with at least 3 years in a managerial role leading QA teams.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proven expertise in testing data-driven platforms, pipelines, and complex BI validation logic.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong familiarity with cloud deployments and AI/ML pipeline testing.<br/><br/></p><p>- Hands-on automation experience using Java or Python, with proficiency in tools like Jenkins, Docker, and Git.<br/><br/></p><p>- Working knowledge of Redis, Kafka, and container orchestration technologies.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with test data management and managing test environments for batch and stream processing workflows.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.<br/><br/></p><p>- Excellent leadership and communication skills to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
