<p><p><b>Job Title :</b> Senior Manager, SAP SF Implementation Consultant.<br/><br/> <b>Location :</b> Bangalore/ Hyderabad/ Chennai/ Noida/ Remote.<br/><br/> <b>About Us :</b><br/><br/> We are a leading IT services company dedicated to delivering innovative technology solutions to clients across various industries.<br/><br/> As part of our commitment to excellence, we are looking for an experienced Senior Manager to lead the implementation of business intelligence tools, including Power BI, dashboards, and SAP SuccessFactors, to help our clients and internal teams make data-driven decisions.<br/><br/> <b>Position Overview :</b><br/><br/> The Senior Manager of Tool Implementation & Business Intelligence will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end implementation of BI tools, SAP SuccessFactors, and ensuring seamless integration across multiple platforms.<br/><br/> This role requires a strong technical background, excellent project management skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.<br/><br/> <b>Key Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/> <b>Implementation & Integration :</b><br/><br/> - Lead the implementation of Power BI, dashboards, and SAP SuccessFactors modules, including gathering requirements, designing solutions, and ensuring smooth integration with other systems.<br/><br/> - Work with HR, IT, and business teams to integrate SAP SuccessFactors with existing enterprise systems to enhance data flow and reporting capabilities.<br/><br/> - Oversee the configuration and customization of SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Recruiting, and Learning Management.<br/><br/> - Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the data presented in Power BI reports and dashboards.<br/><br/> <b>Project Management :</b><br/><br/> - Manage the end-to-end delivery of BI and HR system implementation projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and scope.<br/><br/> - Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize tasks, and resolve issues.<br/><br/> - Provide regular updates and progress reports to senior management and business leaders.<br/><br/> <b>Stakeholder Collaboration:</b><br/><br/> - Collaborate with business leaders and HR teams to understand reporting needs and ensure that BI and HR system solutions are aligned with business goals.<br/><br/> - Deliver actionable insights through effective dashboards and reporting tools that inform decision-making at various organizational levels.<br/><br/> - Provide support to end-users, helping them leverage Power BI, SuccessFactors, and other tools to improve data analysis and reporting.<br/><br/> <b>Tool Governance & Best Practices :</b><br/><br/> - Establish best practices for Power BI dashboard design, data visualization, and SuccessFactors usage.<br/><br/> - Ensure data governance standards are followed, including ensuring compliance with security and privacy regulations, particularly for HR data.<br/><br/> - Drive adoption of Power BI and SuccessFactors by conducting training sessions, creating user documentation, and offering ongoing support.<br/><br/> <b>Continuous Improvement & Optimization :</b><br/><br/> - Continuously monitor the performance and usage of implemented tools, collecting feedback to drive improvements.<br/><br/> - Recommend enhancements to existing dashboards, reporting frameworks, and HR system modules based on feedback and evolving business needs.<br/><br/> - Support the optimization of tools for better performance and user experience.<br/><br/> <b>Qualifications :</b><br/><br/> - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, HRIS, or a related field.<br/><br/> - Certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate, SAP Certified Application Associate) are a plus.<br/><br/> - 5+ years of experience in tool implementation, business intelligence, or HR systems, with at least 2-3 years managing or leading projects related to Power BI and SAP SuccessFactors.<br/><br/> - Experience implementing Power BI, dashboard design, and integrating BI tools with enterprise systems.<br/><br/> - Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, including Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Recruiting, and Learning Management modules.<br/><br/> - Strong understanding of data modeling, data integration, and SQL.<br/><br/> - Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.<br/><br/> - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.<br/><br/> - Experience in data governance and security best practices.<br/><br/> <b>Preferred Skills :</b><br/><br/> - Experience with advanced analytics or integrating machine learning models into BI tools.<br/><br/> -
