<p><p><b>Key Responsibilities : </b><br/><br/></p><p>- Lead requirement gathering and interact closely with business stakeholders to understand their processes and challenges.<br/><br/></p><p>- Conduct detailed Fit-Gap analysis and document Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS).<br/><br/></p><p>- Design and configure Dynamics 365 solutions aligning with business needs.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions are implemented as per specifications.<br/><br/></p><p>- Provide guidance on business process improvements leveraging Dynamics 365 capabilities.<br/><br/></p><p>- Assist in the end-to-end implementation and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365.<br/><br/></p><p>- Participate in testing activities including unit testing, UAT support, and issue resolution.<br/><br/></p><p>- Deliver user training and create comprehensive documentation.<br/><br/></p><p>- Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues within Dynamics 365.<br/><br/></p><p>- Stay updated on the latest Dynamics 365 features and advise on potential enhancements.<br/><br/></p><p>- Support change management and ensure smooth adoption of solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Communicate effectively with clients, manage expectations, and maintain strong relationships.<br/><br/><b>Must-Have Skills & Competencies : </b><br/><br/></p><p>- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Functional Consultant in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations or Customer Engagement modules).<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong knowledge of business processes in Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales, Procurement, and related domains.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with requirement gathering, gap analysis, and documentation.<br/><br/></p><p>- Solid understanding of Dynamics 365 modules, features, and configurations.<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with implementation methodologies and SDLC.<br/><br/></p><p>- Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.<br/><br/></p><p>- Excellent communication and client management skills.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when required.<br/><br/><b>Preferred Qualifications : </b><br/><br/></p><p>- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience working as part of large-scale Dynamics 365 implementations.<br/><br/></p><p>- Exposure to integration scenarios with third-party applications.<br/><br/></p><p>- Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (preferred but not mandatory).<br/></p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
