<p><p><b>Key Responsibilities : </b><br/><br/></p><p>- Lead the end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics NAV solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Conduct comprehensive requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders to understand their needs.<br/><br/></p><p>- Perform Gap Analysis and Fit-Gap Analysis, and prepare detailed Functional Requirement Documents (FRD).<br/><br/></p><p>- Provide accurate effort estimation and resource planning based on business requirements.<br/><br/></p><p>- Deep understanding and application of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) in NAV projects.<br/><br/></p><p>- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex functional issues within Dynamics NAV.<br/><br/></p><p>- Plan and manage the implementation of third-party add-ons and integrations as required.<br/><br/></p><p>- Deliver effective user training sessions to ensure smooth adoption and knowledge transfer.<br/><br/></p><p>- Handle client communications professionally and maintain excellent relationships with stakeholders.<br/><br/></p><p>- Possess strong functional knowledge across multiple modules such as General Ledger, Manufacturing, Finance, Trade, Logistics, Sales, Procurement, Receivables & Payables, and Inventory.<br/><br/></p><p>- Conduct thorough root cause analysis and impact analysis for process improvements.<br/><br/></p><p>- Exhibit flexibility, initiative, and strong organizational skills to meet project deadlines and business goals.<br/><br/><b>Must-Have Skills & Competencies : </b><br/><br/></p><p>- Proven experience in end-to-end MS Dynamics NAV implementation.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong functional and business process knowledge of Dynamics NAV.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ability to create and maintain detailed Functional Requirement Documents (FRD).<br/><br/></p><p>- In-depth understanding of SDLC methodologies.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.<br/><br/></p><p>- Excellent communication skills with a focus on client handling and stakeholder management.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ability to manage multiple tasks, work independently, and deliver quality outcomes under pressure.<br/><br/><b>Preferred Qualifications : </b><br/><br/></p><p>- BE/BTech/MCA/MBA/CA or equivalent technical/business degree.<br/><br/></p><p>- Prior experience working as a Solution Architect or senior functional consultant in Dynamics NAV projects.<br/><br/></p><p>- Exposure to implementing third-party add-ons and customizations within NAV.<br/></p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
