Job description

Description GSPANN is hiring a Support Analyst with expertise in SIEM, SharePoint to deliver advanced L3 technical support.

The role involves managing SIEM platforms, administering SharePoint environments, and ensuring secure, seamless IT operations through incident resolution and cross-team collaboration.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Deliver Level 3 (L3) support for complex technical issues related to Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) and SharePoint, ensuring prompt resolution and minimal business disruption.
  • Oversee SIEM solutions, handling monitoring, security event analysis, and incident response to safeguard enterprise IT systems.
  • Administer SharePoint environments, including user support, troubleshooting, configuration, and ongoing performance optimization.
  • Log, track, and resolve incidents and service requests efficiently in accordance with support protocols.
  • Apply advanced technical knowledge to identify, analyze, and resolve critical IT challenges.
  • Keep support documentation accurate and updated, covering procedures, configurations, and issue resolutions.
  • Coordinate with IT teams across functions to escalate and resolve high-impact or cross-system issues.
  • Conduct user training sessions to educate teams on key SIEM and SharePoint features and usage best practices.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders using both verbal and written formats to support issue resolution and collaboration.
  • Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • 5-7 years of experience in IT support or a closely related role.
  • Hold certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, or equivalent.
  • Have experience using a variety of IT support tools and enterprise systems.
  • Understand and apply frameworks like IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) or other IT Service Management (ITSM) standards.
  • Strong working knowledge of SIEM platforms and SharePoint administration.
  • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Provide proven L3 technical support for complex infrastructure and application issues.
  • Adapt to fast-paced, dynamic environments with shifting priorities.
