Job Opportunity: L2 Support Engineer (Multiple Positions)
Location: Bangalore-Remote

We are hiring L2 Support Engineers to join our dynamic IT team.
We have openings for:
Junior Engineers: 2–3 years of experience
Lead Engineer: 5+ years of experience
Key Skills & Requirements:
-Hands-on experience with TeMIP, UCA, UOC
-Experience in 24/7 IT system production support
-Minimum 3 years as L2 support engineer
-Strong understanding of ITIL processes
-2–5 years of experience in solution support
-Experience working in a Linux environment
-Proficient in shell scripting
-Good experience with HPE vTeMIP / UOC / UCA products to troubleshoot issues
-Able to perform application monitoring, create health check reports, and log issues in the ticketing system
-Strong written and verbal business communication skills
-Ability to communicate effectively with customers and L2 support teams and track ticket closure
-Willingness to ramp up on products used in the solution
Mandatory: Availability to work in 24/7 shifts
