- Retail Distribution – Mobile & Consumer Goods
- Value-Added Tech Distribution – Audio & Video, Fire, Security, Automation, Network & Power Solutions, and Fundamental Resource Management & AI
- Global Commerce – Launchpad for global and Indian brands on e-commerce platforms

What You Will Do

- Lead and manage the Technical Support team across PAN India.
- Ensure effective customer support for Cavitak’s complete product portfolio.
- Analyse customer requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and OEMs to resolve product-related issues.
- Conduct training sessions to enhance team capabilities and performance.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the support function.

What We Are Looking For

- A proven leader with 7–10 years of experience in technical support and team management.
- Strong background in ELV systems.
- Prior technical expertise in CCTV, Access Control, Fire & Public Address Systems, Automation, Audio & Visuals.
- Ability to drive and scale PAN India support operations.
- Someone passionate about building, mentoring, and growing a high-performing support team.
