These professionals will be responsible for driving enterprise sales, acquiring new customers, expanding revenue within existing accounts, and executing SIPLs Go To-Market plans locally.</p><p><b><br/></b></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Drive enterprise customer acquisition and revenue generation in the assigned region<br/><br/></p><p>- Build and manage relationships with CXOs, IT decision-makers, and procurement teams<br/><br/></p><p>- Conduct solution walkthroughs, product demonstrations, and consultative sales engagements<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with technical and pre-sales teams to deliver value-based proposals<br/><br/></p><p>- Stay informed on industry trends, competition, and emerging technologies<br/><br/></p><p>- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through proactive funnel Requirement:<br/><br/></p><p>- Education BE in Engineering (Electronics/IT/Instrumentation preferred) or Post Graduate</p><br/><p></p><p>- Experience 4-5 years in B2B or Enterprise Sales; preference for Auto-ID or hardware sales<br/><br/></p><p>- Mobility Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned zone<br/><br/></p><p>- Skills Solution selling, consultative approach, stakeholder engagement, territory Attributes</b></p><p><br/></p>- Strategic thinker with a hands-on execution mindset<br/><br/><p></p><p>- Strong communication and presentation skills<br/><br/></p><p>- Resilient, self-motivated, and results-oriented<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with Zebra, Cisco, HP, Hanwha, or similar technology stack is a plus<br/><br/></p><p>- CRM proficiency preferred (e.g. Zoho, Salesforce)</p><p><br/></p><p>We should have a joint discussion with Amit to finalize upon the JD, number of candidates and remuneration for these profiles.</p><br/><p></p> (ref:iimjobs.com)
