<p><p><b>Who are we looking for?</b><br/><br/>Designation : Technical Lead ( Zoho)<br/><br/>Experience Range : 5+ years<br/><br/><b>What is the work?</b><br/><br/>- Design, configure, and customize Zoho applications, including Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, Zoho Projects, and other Zoho One modules.<br/><br/></p><p>- Develop custom functions, scripts, workflows, and automation using Deluge scripting.<br/><br/></p><p>- Create custom modules, fields, and reports to meet business requirements.<br/><br/></p><p>- Engage with clients to understand their business needs, pain points, and goals.<br/><br/></p><p>- Translate requirements into comprehensive technical solutions using Zoho tools and </p><p>integrations.<br/><br/></p><p>- Recommend best practices for Zoho architecture, module design, automation flows, and API integration.<br/><br/></p><p>- Prepare solution documents, process flows, and system architecture diagrams for client </p><p>approval.<br/><br/></p><p>- Build and maintain API-based integrations between Zoho and third-party applications (e.g., </p><p>ERP, payment gateways, e-commerce platforms, marketing automation tools).<br/><br/></p><p>- Utilize Zoho Flow, webhooks, and custom scripts for automation and data synchronization.<br/><br/></p><p>- Troubleshoot integration issues and optimize for performance.<br/><br/></p><p>- Conduct requirement gathering sessions, demos, and solution presentations with clients.<br/><br/></p><p>- Serve as the primary technical point of contact during Zoho implementation projects.<br/><br/></p><p>- Provide training and onboarding sessions for client teams on implemented solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Maintain proactive communication to manage expectations, timelines, and deliverables.<br/><br/></p><p>- Analyze existing workflows and recommend automation solutions to improve efficiency.<br/><br/></p><p>- Implement advanced automation for lead management, sales tracking, customer support, </p><p>and reporting.<br/><br/></p><p>- Oversee data migration, cleansing, and mapping during new module setup or integration </p><p>projects.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with relevant regulations.<br/><br/><b>What skills and experience are we looking for ?</b><br/><br/>- Experience : 5+ years of hands-on Zoho development experience (Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho One suite).</p><p><br/>- Expert in Deluge Script and Zoho APIs.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong knowledge of Zoho Flow, Zoho Analytics, and integration tools.<br/><br/></p><p>- Solid understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, and XML.<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, CSS for advanced customization.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Proven experience in client-facing roles for technical solutioning and delivery.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to convert business needs into technical solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Excellent communication and presentation skills.<br/><br/></p><p>- Should be hands on as well as be able to guide junior resources with respect to project </p><p>execution.<br/><br/></p><p>- Zoho Certified Developer certification.<br/><br/></p><p>- Must have used various connectors like Zapier, Make, n8n available as part of solutioning.<br/><br/></p><p>- Knowledge of database concepts and SQL.<br/><br/></p><p>- Exposure to Agile project management methodologies.<br/></p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
