Drive data quality, compliance, and ethical use of HR data while establishing robust governance frameworks that support business objectives and regulatory Leadership:</b></p><p><br/></p>- Develop and enforce comprehensive data governance policies and standards at the group level.<br/><br/></p><p>- Drive overall HR data strategy aligned with business objectives and regulatory landscape.<br/><br/></p><p>- Lead cross-functional collaboration to establish data governance culture across all BUs and regions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Provide strategic oversight of data stewardship roles and accountability Architecture:</b></p><p><br/></p>- Data Architecture Strategy: Help the Function in defining at least 23-year strategy for data architecture to set solid foundations for creating impact through reporting, Analytics and </p><p>supporting AI related used cases.<br/><br/></p><p>- Data Modelling and Reporting: Develop and maintain data models for HR reporting and analytics.
This includes support the broader reporting and analytics team in designing and implementing reports and dashboards to support strategic decision-making within HR and across the organization.<br/><br/></p><p>- Technology Evaluation and Selection: Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance HR data management and analytics capabilities.
